  • Awesome Stay

"The Queen Ann Suite was everything as advertised. Ann and Fred were very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. This unit was well appointed, and was very comfortable, and spotless. There are coolers, for your use in the unit, to keep your drinks cold, while you are beach side. The kitchen has all the amenities of home. The Wifi for the unit, worked flawlessly. The unit has easy access to the onsite pools, Jacuzzi, bar & restaurant, and the amazing Grace Bay! There are water toys on the patio, of the unit, for your floating needs. Would definitely stay here again! Do not hesitate to rent this unit, if you can find a week that it isn't already booked. On a side note, it was very nice meeting Ann and Fred towards the end of our stay!"

  • Amazing Villa,we loved everything about this villa

"We stayed at Cobalt Villa with family , and we really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The Villa itself is fantastic, well looked after and had everything we could ask for, from herbs and spices to snorkeling equipment. They have thought of everything. The two king bedrooms have the most amazing ocean views, what an amazing place to wake up to each morning, We spent most of our time at the villa, In the pool, grilling outside, snorkeling from the private cove, paddle boarding, kayaking.......we didn't want to ever leave. Our booking was made easy, and we also had the option of using the concierge service to help plan our stay. We loved it and hope to return !"

  • Comforts of home, but in paradise!

"We enjoyed our 12 night stay at The Charming House immensely, and it was the ideal home base for our daily explorations. The house, like Salt Cay itself, is utterly serene and Charles is the ultimate invisible host. Perhaps because he lives there himself for part of the year, the house feels nothing like a rental. It's more like being invited to stay at someone's very special home whilst they are away. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. As we went in the off-season and were unsure of how many of the island's restaurants and grocery stores would be open, we brought quite a bit of food with us. You need next to nothing for clothing on Salt Cay, so we used quite a bit of the 50 lb luggage allowance per person for food. I am very glad we did, because fresh supplies are hard to come by on an island like this, and only one restaurant was open for business. We used Dickinson's grocery store for eggs, butter, milk (they understandably sell only shelf-stable milk), and some little goodies like peanut M&M's and Flav-O-Ice popsicles, but do not expect to find anything else fresh. As promised, there are two bikes available for use, but as we are a family of 4 (two adults, two teenagers) we fully expected to have to rent a golf cart to get to places like the North Beach. Fortunately, we found a couple of older bikes in the shed which my husband managed to resurrect. Other reviewers had warned about frequent flat tires due to the rocky paths and thorns from the bushes that grow all over the island, so we tried to be mindful not to stray far from the main roads, and the bikes held up quite well. Keens or Tevas are the ideal footwear for exploring the island - in and out of the water - especially for places like the South Creek. Debbie, who manages the house and owns/runs the Dive Shop and Island Bistro, was invaluable, and Richard was a wonderful dive instructor for first time divers like us. Everyone that we encountered on the island was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. That said, Salt Cay is for explorers, adventurous spirits, nature lovers, and people who are willing to work a bit to uncover the island's treasures. Snorkeling, diving, beach combing, swimming, birds, donkeys, crystal clear waters, and STARS! If this is you, Salt Cay will blow your mind. It is not a good choice for anyone who needs the kind of holiday where everything comes to you and everything is easy. Stick to Provo for that."

  • Another Wonderful Stay

"This was our second time visiting Turks and Caicos. We stayed in this unit last year and couldn't wait to book it again. It is beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home are provided. We loved having breakfast and lunch in the condo. The Chaits are great to deal with. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink not draining upon our arrival. I phoned Heather using the conveniently supplied phone provided in the unit and by the time we got back from the beach after lunch there was a nice note from Willy the handyman that the sink was fixed. What service! The screened in porch is so nice to sit out in the mornings and in the evening with a great view of the pool and ocean. So relaxing listening to the water fountain and hearing the waves at the beach. We loved everything about our stay. We can't wait to visit again!"
