  • Smiles All Around

"My husband and I just thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day vacation at Jericho House...we truly were grinning from ear to ear the whole time. The house is quaint and well outfitted with all you will need, even beach towels! We were joined by friends for 7 days and we still found the space of the house to be just great. The view and beach are just as you see in the photos...amazing. We rented a car for three days, poked around the island, explored a few beaches. The surf on the far side of Stocking Island was huge while we were there and we enjoyed playing in that for quite a while. Our time of just resting while at the house was just that...restful. Thanks Pierre and Sanet...we will be back!"

  • Kai Kotch Stay: April 2-9, 2016

"Our vacation was a delight. The property was well maintained and, as advertised, well stocked. We used the bicycles, kayaks and snorkeling equipment. There are also two paddleboards, but we were unable to find the paddle. The kitchen also was well provisioned, and we were able to prepare a couple of meals a day without missing any of the kitchen amenities of home. We had a slight misunderstanding with the management company on our arrival time, but the owner stopped by to apologize and presented us with a chilled bottle of wine. Very considerate. This was our first stay at Rum Point and we were not disappointed. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing break and Rum Point fit the bill. Every morning we kayaked about 45 minutes to Kai Kaibo for espresso and pastries and then paddled back. We were blessed with good weather and nice sunsets. We would recommend the property without reservation and hope to return in the future."

  • First time to Bahamas

"It was a great first visit to the Bahamas and our location in Delaporte was excellent. Thank you to Roger and Barbara for hosting us for a very enjoyable week. A few thoughts. The place was wonderful and the view from the deck was gorgeous. We spent many an hour just hanging with our cocktails and enjoying the view. We rented our car through Barbara and made an excellent choice. Driving on the opposite side of the road was never a challenge and we used the car to venture out every day. We visited Love Beach, Cable beach and actually stayed on the Atlantis property for 2 1/2 days. Atlantis is really nice and really expensive. All you really needed was the 2 days being that we did the water park for one of the days and then walked the property and enjoyed the beach for the other day. Our best snorkeling was at Love Beach probably since it was a spectacular day and the water was perfect. In front of our condo was not ideal since it tends to get choppy and hard to see anything clearly. Our favorite restaurant was Twisted Lime which was located in the Sandy Port community almost right across the street from our condo. This had good food at a reasonable price. The restaurants at Atlantis were expensive and just mediocre. I live in the Northeast part of the US and really enjoyed how quickly you can get to the Bahamas. We were fortunate to have good weather. The first day we bought most of our liquor from a liquor store convenient to the condo. That was a mistake since we discovered there are better places on the island to get better deals. We discovered this when we were at Love beach and were told to try the liquor store that was on the way home. I paid $61 for a case of Coronas which was an eye opener. We could have paid $51 at the other store. A great vacation for my family of 4. We plan to come back to the Bahamas and perhaps explore the other islands."

  • Perfect accommodations with an amazing view

"A beautiful well appointed home with amazing views that is somewhat secluded. If you are looking for island adventures or just relaxing, this is the place. Great snorkeling, fishing, and shell hunting. We loved the coffee table books, very informative of the area. Looking forward to our next vacation there!"
