  • great location

"The condo was just as described and pictured. Everything we needed was supplied - even a few pool/beach toys. The condo is at the end of 7 Mile beach - so not the sandy beach we wanted... however, it was a short drive to a public beach... and we were able to escape the crowds when we returned to the condo... it was very quite and tranquil. Thanks for the great stay."

  • Winter retreat

"This vacation was more beautiful than we had ever imagined. The view from the condo was fantastic from every window, the gardens with all of the tropical plants and flowers... breathtaking. We watched the ocean come alive every day Kite Surfers, and sailboarders and with the beach just steps away, made wonderful walks to town. We stayed for 9 weeks and loved everyday! The owners and long term guests were just like family. The new manager (Kathy) did a wonderful job making sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything that we needed to make our stay unforgettable."

  • Fabulous condo - only 40 Steps from Porch to Seven Mile Beach! (+10 more to the Caribbean Sea)!

"We loved this place so much the first time we visited, that we quickly rebooked and had our second family holiday here over the Easter break. The condo is very well located, right on the beach, close to town and all amenities. There is plenty to do over a two week break and we spent a lot of time alternating between the pool and the sea. There is great snorkelling right off the beach and our 3 children (aged 8-13) all joined us exploring the marine life literally straight off the beach. Self catering is a great and cost effective way to holiday in Cayman as you can pick and choose when to eat in and when to eat out. We BBQ'd most evenings and ate outside, usually with the beach to ourselves, with a truly priceless view of the sunsets, which seem to be different every evening. The condo is truly a three bedroom condo, with the den being completely closed off, containing a king size bed. We were pleased with our choice of ground-floor, which means you are literally a few steps from the pool and the beach, with a good view of each from inside. We took a video of the walk from the condo to the beach so that we can enjoy how close it all is, now that we are back in the cold of the UK! The owners and the property manager are most helpful and friendly, as is the groundskeeper, who works away constantly to keep the property in pristine condition. Here's a list of things we did while there: Turtle Farm (full day out) Rum Point by car / tour of island (full day out) Boat charter to Rum Point, Sandbar (to walk in waist deep water with stingrays) Next door but one along the beach is the Marriott, where you can book watersport activities such as diving, banana boat, jet skis, cruises, snorkelling trips, parascending etc etc Submarine adventure Caymana Bay Hell Visit several craft markets Drink coconut milk from freshly opened coconut Crystal Caves and nature trail - newly opened attraction, very interesting ... there was more available. Fabulous holiday, fabulous condo, completely loved it."

  • Truly amazing in every way

"We have traveled the world and this is our 3rd time to the Turks & Caicos. This was by far the best experience in any rental home or hotel. All the positive reviews you read are 100% accurate. The staff from the caring chef, housekeeper and grounds crew take care of everything. It is like staying at a 5 star hotel but in your own private house. The beach is the best in Providenciales. House is very comfortable, even nicer than the pictures! We stayed with 4 kids and 3 adults and there was room to spare. We certainly hope to be back soon. Thanks Cally for an amazing experience!"
