  • Beautiful Cane Bay!

"Home is all about the location as it is oceanfront, private with no other homes on one side and a short walk to great restaurants, bars and beach. The house is well stocked with a great layout. There is no central air although window units are in the bedrooms and the breeze makes the temp tolerable in the main areas. Pool is a nice amenity but a bit cool due to lack of sun on the north side of the home. Property manager, Diane was great and communication prior to arrival was very good. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back to St Croix in the future."

  • Amazing Condo on the Sea!

"We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation to St. Croix! This condo is in a great location. As soon as you walk in the door, you can see the beautiful Caribbean Sea! We enjoyed the wonderful breeze and the sea view from the balcony. And of course, you can spend plenty of time in the lounge chairs provided on the private beach just steps from the front door. The condo is very comfortable with everything you need and a wonderful spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to Christiansted. Lynn was great, very helpful and friendly. She is also a great singer! Stay here and you will have a wonderful time!"

  • Vacation from Winter

"We stayed at this condo at The Reef Condos this winter. This complex is nicely situated to be a quick trip to the most beautiful beaches on St. Croix. After the beach, the gorgeous swimming pool was a delight. The pool was huge and well maintained. Our rental had an extremely comfortable, new bed, and the living room and dining furniture was comfortable, and new. Certainly a notch above most of the rentals I have experienced! We were able to use the wifi and Netflix and found the TV setup easy to navigate. The owners provided us with lots of suggestions for dining, and we loved nearby Duggans Reef and Cheeseburger in Paradise. We are hoping to return again to further explore St. Croix, and would happily stay here again!"

  • Fantastic Place

"My over-riding impression upon arriving at Sugar Bay House is that it is in a perfect spot, with a magnificent view all around it and that the accommodations are really relaxing and comfortable. So let's deconstruct that sentence. Firstly - The perfect spot. Sugar Bay House is situated on the top of a small hill overlooking Salt River Bay on the North Shore. We drove around this wonderful island and we thought that the Salt River area was the most interesting, beautiful and quiet place upon the island. There are a few houses nearby, so it's quiet. The Salt River area, has an interesting little Marina, through which I walked nearly every day. There are interesting boats and people there and I ended up getting to know of few of them a little. Its an easy walk down the hill from the house to the little beach or Marina, but a little more effort is needed to get back up again, but it's worth it. The nearby beach was good for swimming and lazing. Everywhere you look around the house from the terrace and during the walk down to the beach is full of colorful flowers growing on bushes everywhere. It's really easy to get around St. Croix to visit all the great beaches which are never far away. Most had a beach bar on them, white sand and clear turquoise water. Some of the roads on the island are a little rough though, so you might want to rent an SUV. We didn't, we had a small fiesta which was fine but sometimes not quite fit for purpose, especially around the rain forest. So now to the second point - the view. I spent so much time sitting on a bench under a covered table at the corner of the deck just looking at the view; it's stunning and it's interesting. I watched the boats coming to and fro and even 2 getting wrecked in a squall one weekend. You can see for miles in many directions. Sea planes flew over head, birds dropped by for a chat and even an iguana dropped by to bury some of her eggs. I was there everyday for many hours, during the mornings, days and especially at night - all right I couldn't see much then , but still loved it. There was always a gentle breeze blowing by, that was cooling on a hot day, but never cold.I think it's sitting at that table that I miss most as I look back to those heavenly two weeks there. The Pool was great and actually deep enough to dive in and long enough to swim lengths. Now the third point - the comfortable house. To be honest, I wasn't in the house too much but when I was, I was asleep in a comfortable bed with all th"
