  • What a great place!!

"If your coming to St. John and want the best view, home and accessories....WaterCliff is definitely your destination. Best home layout we've rented in St. John. Private and perfect for family or group. It's so close to Cruz Bay and the property is very secure. The pool was wonderful and the home is situated high on the edge of the cliff for perfect views and great trade winds everyday. If you have the chance to stay here, do it!!! DL"

  • Great Anniversary Vacation on St John

"We just returned from a fabulous 9 day stay on St John. We've been there twice before and had different accommodations each time. Although they all had great features Larimar had the best combination not the least of which was it's proximity to Cruz Bay. The other condos we stayed at you had to drive to town, which is tricking after visiting some of the wonderful bars and restaurants. From Larimar It was an easy walk to town as it was all down hill. The walk back is a little more difficult as you have to climb a moderate hill. Actually it was great exercise! The condo itself was very nice although slightly over kill for just 2 people. The entire unit was very clean and comfortable, especially the master bed. There were plenty of bath towels (I preferred to air dry) and beach towels (again I air dried) along with great beach chairs. Having coolers was also a huge benefit for the beach. The only minor fault I could find was that the kitchen was small and the refrigerator looked like it should be replaced, although it worked fine. The other thing is that it only had a small George Forman grill on the deck, not the gas grill shown in the pictures. We don't like air conditioners so that wasn't an issue, the ceiling and floor fans kept us cool enough and kept the tiny bugs away. Don't plan on sleeping in as the roosters, peacock and morning doves start making a major racket beginning around 4:30am every morning, actually we experienced those natural noises at the other condos too. It's just part of the experience. Oh yeah, then there was the two construction projects going on at either end of the street that began at 6:45am everyday... can't blame the owners for any of that. When all is said and done, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely considerate for our next visit. Oh yes, Steve was a great guy and a big help and always available if needed. Oh before I forget, someone said it's an easy walk to Solomon/Honeymoon Beach, NOT SO! If you start at the beginning of the trail it's a 30 minute walk and another 15 minutes from the condo. I'm in very good shape but to me the hike isn't worth it. Go to Trunk Bay or Cinnamon Bay those are by far the best beaches. Ok now I'm done."

  • Beautiful Condo with an excellent location!

"This was our first VRBO experience and I was very impressed. My husband and I stayed 4 nights and the condo was perfect for us. I was pleasantly surprised with how much space we had and it was very clean. Everything we needed was provided - towels, lawn chairs and cooler for the beach - even ice packs. We ate breakfast everyday on the balcony overlooking Cruz Bay and it was wonderful (such a great view). We rented a jeep for a few days to explore the Island and it was very nice to have a parking spot at the condo (parking can be difficult to find in town). There is a pool and workout room at the Grande Bay Resort (which looked nice) but there is so much else to do on the Island that we didn't even make it to either of them. The location is perfect because it is within walking distance to Cruz Bay. The property manager called us a week before our arrival and provided us with information and I was able to ask her questions as well. She was actually out of town during our stay so we worked with Courtney who was great. She picked us up from ferry dock and drove us to the condo and she was very helpful when we had questions - she responded within minutes. Oh - and I can't forget the washer/dryer - it was so nice to have! Low Key dive shop was right next door and what was great is that Grande Bay Resort guests got 10% off if you showed your room key - we snorkeled and scuba dived with them so this was an added bonus. Lots of great places to eat in town and beaches to explore. I highly recommend Maho Beach and Solomon Beach. We saw so many sea turtles at Maho Beach and we relaxed for an entire afternoon at Solomon Beach. We loved our stay on St. John and it was icing on the cake to have a great place to come back and relax after sun filled days exploring the Island."

  • The most beautiful and romantic place

"This was my third time staying at Sea Rock and it keeps getting better each time. There isn't a better view on the island and you enjoy seclusion while still being close to restaurants and stores. We went out to each a couple of nights but really enjoyed grilling on the patio and relaxing at the house for several nights as well. The Jacuzzi was perfect once the sun went down if you wanted to spend time star gazing and listening to the sounds of water hitting the shore. I always tell people that St. John is my favorite place to go and Sea Rock is a big reason why. Once you stay here, you won't want to go anywhere else. My wife and I just spent our 10 year anniversary there, and I expect there will be many more spent at Sea Rock in the future. I highly recommend you stay. I promise you will be pleased!"
