  • A hidden gem on St John!!

"This home is the best place to stay on St John! I almost hate to spread the word so we can keep it as our own little secret. We have been vacationing on St john for over a decade. We have stayed in many homes and know the island well. This is home is a hidden gem. The pictures dont do it justice. You get everything you want, and for a fair price. It does not have a pool but we are here for the beaches anyway!!!..the hot tub is far better to have, and this home has a extra large one! Everything is very clean, safe and works!! (hard to find!) The wireless didn't go out once!! (if you are not familiar, it happens often on islands) It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The BBQ is big, on the newer side, and very clean. The views are spectacular, the porch is huge and the breezes are perfect (no bugs thanks to the breeze....awesome!!) The hot tub is a spectacular way to unwind after a long day...and watch the gorgeous sunsets with a glass of wine :) The "outside" shower is awesome, main floor bathroom is big enough for two or more people at the same time, and it is so nice to have your own washer and dryer! You can cab to town easily from this location for those "nights on the town". It also has a bedroom/bath on the main floor for those that dont like stairs. Honestly, you can't get better. We can't wait to come back again. Thank you Pete!"

  • Secluded residence in a tropical setting

"Corina met us at the ferry and escorted us back to the house. Very friendly and provided everything we needed for a great vacation... towels, chairs, cooler & ice. Home backs up to parkland in the hill overlooking bay. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast every morning. 4WD rental car is a must if you want to experience the island. Most of roads are paved but can be very steep. Short delay one night leaving town because road was wet and a rear wheel drive car could not make it up the hill. Only drove on dirt road once. Went to a remote beach on southern coast and it was worth the drive. Strongly recommend St John over St Thomas. Corina has some suggestions where to eat in Cruz Bay. Plenty of options. If your going to a beach on the east side of island stop at Skinny Legs for a bite. Good food with a fun atmosphere. If renting a car in St Thomas allow plenty of time for car ferry. We made an online reservation a month ahead of time, Corina gave me the heads up. Most locals do not even know about reservations and just wait in line. Look up Loves Ferry to make reservation. I suggest getting to ferry 1+ hour ahead of time and use eaervation if needed. Corina, thanks for facilitating a great trip. We hope to stay with you again."

  • Fantastic!

"We have stayed in many places in St. Johns over the years and this is by far the best of the best! Amazing views, all the amenities, very private and I may add romantic. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Don't waste your time looking around, this is the place."
