  • Great location! Spectacular view! And very cool house!

"We only stayed 3 nights, but would definitely recommend this as a great location to spend any length stay on St. John. Nina lives right there next door and she designed this very cool West Indies style bungalow. The house was very clean and with nice detail going into the design and décor. There was also access to snorkel and beach chairs which we put to good use, as well as kayaks down by the small beach below the house which we didn't get time to use in the adjacent cove. Located near Coral bay, this house is on the quiet side of the island, but there are a few dining options ranging in price, with our favorite being Skinny Legs for the beach bar style atmosphere and burgers, plus there are small groceries on that side. Make sure to stock up on bottled water for drinking, as with many Virgin Island properties, the tap water is via rain cisterns. Access to the amazing north shore beaches is convenient, with Maho, Cinnamon, and Trunk (get there early to park) all providing great views, calm clear water, and amazing snorkeling. It's about 30 minutes to Cruz Bay where the ferries dock, along with the plenty of shopping, dining, and car rentals."

  • Goats and chickens and donkeys, oh my!

"Stayed here for 12 days in September with 2 daughters. Great location just a few minutes from groceries and dining in Coral Bay and convenient to all the best beaches. East facing slope so we got to enjoy the sun & moon rises. We loved the pool and hot tub. Hung out on the screened porch and enjoyed the hammock. Nice breezes and no need for A/C. The outside grill was nice. Wi-Fi worked great. Books were a plus. Beds were comfy. Drank the tap water with no ill effects :) Privacy was great (except for one unannounced visit for pool maintenance). Kept doors unlocked and felt safe. The last .2 miles to the villa was a bit bumpy, but we got used to that :) Of the 4 places I've stayed on St John this was the best deal."

  • Perfect location, beautiful view!

"We loved our vacation in St.Thomas, and Andrew's condo was just right for our family. The location in Bolongo Bay was perfect, an easy drive to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook ferry, and many beaches for snorkeling. The views from the balcony of the bay and down the beach were beautiful, and we enjoyed the food and fun at Iggie's next door. We especially loved the snorkeling on St. Thomas and St. John. Thank you, Andrew, for your part in our wonderful vacation!"

  • Excellent rental in Cowpet Bay

"My husband and I stayed at the Seaspray Villa last March with our two daughters (3 and 6 years old) and would highly recommend it! We were familiar with the area and St. Thomas, but not this particular condo until this spring and hope to return for another vacation. Nice, bright and clean condo located over the water with an amazing view of the bay, the beach and St Thomas Yacht Club. Janel and Alan were extremely helpful and responsive, especially when dealing with possible weather delays up in New England. We really appreciated their hospitality and professionalism! The condo is well equipped and provides easy access to the beach, pool, Red Hook, grocery stores and other island attractions. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!"
