  • Great house in a great location.

"Just got back from 7 wonderful nights at Trilogy. We had a family vacation we will not forget. What a great house with beautiful views of Coral bay during the day time and the most amazing star gazing at night. We loved all the furniture out on the deck, the perfect spot for the morning cup of coffee. We enjoyed the hummingbirds stopping by for a drink from the bird feeder. The artwork throughout the house is beautiful and not captured in the pictures online. The house is easy to get to with a paved road and an easy access driveway, big enough for two jeeps. The house has 2 floors with plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen. There are new couches in the living room and a small TV and DVD player which was nice for the kids after long wonderful days on the beach. The kids especially loved the hammocks (2 of them). The beds were very comfortable. Always a nice breeze coming through the windows. We were thrilled to see the new grocery store in Coral Bay making it even better to stay on our favorite side of the island. The best meals (and drinks) on the island are very close by at Skinny Legs, Shipwreck Landing and Miss Lucy's. Plus takeout pizza from Indigo grill. Great snorkeling and swimming on every side of the island, and grab a book from Trilogy's very expansive library for your beach days. We can't wait to plan our next trip! Thank you for the wonderful week."

  • WOW!

"This home absolutely exceeded our expectations! WOW was the first words out of our mouth's as we walked through the front door! We stayed 6 nights and only wish we would have stayed longer. If you are looking for a private, secluded, romantic get away it does not get any better than this! The sound of the waves while looking at the lights of St Thomas while soaking in the hot tub was PERFECT! We rented the Jeep while we stay there and I would highly recommend it also. The home is very remote and you will want transportation if you stay here. If we ever make it back to St John this will be where we will stay again!!!! Thank you so much for a great vacation!"

  • Paradise

"My family recently returned from a week in this lovely home perched high above Chocolate Hole and Rendezvous Bay in St. John and it truly was paradise. The home is lovely -- very airy and wood everywhere, which made it seem almost like you were in Bali. In the evenings the sunsets are directly in front of you and are spectacular, and then as the sun goes down (& until almost mid-day the next day, when the sun makes it over the higher points surrounding the back of the house) the elevation brings in a very pleasant cool breeze. The home is divided into upper and lower sections, each having its own kitchen (although the lower section kitchen is small) and this is also a great way to divide space (or get rid of kids!). The location is close to Cruz Bay, so getting into town for restaurants, supplies etc is easy -- but the location also offers a quick escape to the beaches we prefer on the Eastern (opposite) end of St. John. We have been coming to St John for 25 years and this was our favorite house, no doubt about it. It is Paradise in Paradise."

  • 3 generations in paradise

"We have been to St. John many times since our honeymoon in 1999. We have always stayed in a different villa, but Sanctuary was always one we said we would go back to one day. We traveled with our 2 children (13 and 9) and my husbands parents. The Villa did not disappoint. It is still as welcoming and accommodating as it was when we stayed there in 2004. The kitchen and all it's amenities were a highlight of the house! One suggestion I would make is to have a couple beach chairs that are higher off the ground. This would really help out the older people when traveling to the beach. Other than that it was perfect!"
