Recent Pavillions & Pools Reviews

Quiet, comfortable, and very private tropical oasi

5 of 5
Great value and space with its own pool. Nicely remodeled, all the comforts of home. Love the bath with tropical plants. Short walk to breath taking views on Sapphire beach. Snorkeling gear provided. You can snorkel off the beach. Beach has Sea grape trees providing shade all day if you want to get out of the sun for a while. Sandwiches and tropical drinks sold at the beach. We didn't want to deal with a car so took the open air cab to Red Hook $1.00 they run every few minutes. Just stand out on the road and flag them down. They only go in one direction so to get back it takes about a half hour. So we took a cab back runs $ 4 to $ 5 each. You can get a ferry to St. John's in Red Hook $ 12 round trip. It takes 20 minutes and runs every hour on the hour. We rented a car in St. John's under $ 100 so we could see the island at our own paste, or get a ride from the open air taxi if you don't want to drive the very steep and winding roads. Fish Tails in Red Hook is a great place for lunch or dinner. Great harbor views and food. There is a restaurant at Pavilions & Pools,Lime Garden, that has tapas, two or three makes a great meal. Try there mac & cheese. All in all we had a very nice laid back week just what we wanted.

Beautiful & Private Yet Convenient

5 of 5
Loved our stay at this lovely private villa! It is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or honeymoon. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy the cottage offers. The cottage is well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The grill is a big plus and we enjoyed our quiet meals on the patio by the pool. The location is convenient to Red Hook and within walking distance to two of the best beaches on St Thomas. Chris is a jewel! So helpful. She is a wonderful source of information about the island and things to do and see. We will be back!
