  • Wonderful location and great services!

"The condo is located in Point Pleadant Resort and offers breathtaking views on the bay, the mountains of St.John and other islands. The large window walls make the condo even more spacious. At the lobby, we were warmly greeted and we could use for free a shuttle service to/from Red Hook and other nearby locations. We borrowed for free a snorkling gear and we had free breakfasts every morning (tips not included). Transportation is a little bit complicated when you don't have a car and want to explore the islands so the shuttle is nice for that. We loved the terrace pool and the illuminated trails going around the hill jungle of the resort. Be careful, you need to be a little bit in shape to climb up and down every stairs and hill every day or do it slowly if you are not! My advices for the owner for a more confortable stay: 1. Replace the window over the bed because bugs and birds are very loud at night until sunrise and this window is not soundproof or sealed. 2. Replace the blue cover bed a bit "old". Overall, I recommend this wonderful place and thank you for this opportunity!"

  • Amazing Stay

"We spent the month of February in this unit and could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo is spacious and the view is outstanding. There is no better view of St John and the British Virgin Islands. The water continually changes shades of blue as the sun moves overhead. Hands down the E building is the sperior location on the property. You are literally 150 feet from the blue waters of the beach. The unit is very comfortable with two full bathrooms, one on each of the floors. Beach chairs and beach towels are complimentary. The pool is two tiered and is great for children and adults. Redhook is just a five minute cab ride (or five minute drive if you rent a car)and offers many restaurants as well as a market for groceries. There are many other restaurants on the island that are great and we have tried most of them. if you like snorkeling, the reef and grassy area in front of the dive shack is a great place to try. Doug is great to deal with and I highly recommend a stay in this unit; try it you will come back"

  • Week in Paradise!

"We are currently here, and tomorrow is our last day. We are so sad! This condo, is perfect! Second floor condo level to the parking lot and steps from the most beautiful beach on the island. The trees provide the best shade and breeze, that allow you to enjoy a full day out by the ocean. The snorkeling right out front of the condo is amazing! We traveled by ferry to St. John it was beautiful, but we loved coming by back to the condo to the beach right out front our door. We can't wait to come back. The owner Sheila is very attentive and responsive to emails. This couldn't have been a more perfect week...the worst part is it coming to an end!!!"

  • Oh goodness. This place is amazing!!!

"I don't know where to begin with this rental. It is simply amazing! We traveled with my little family (2 adults one 3 year old) to the VI for Christmas this year and it was perfect. The amenities are good - big shower (all the towels you will ever need), big comfortable bed (and a pull out bed to boot), kitchen table, stove top, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, flat screen TV....HUGE windows!!!!!! Honestly, they were open the whole time we were there - the view is worth every stinking penny!! I spent so much time on the deck, I contemplated sleeping there. We spent time at the nearby Lindquist beach - you have to pay a little, but there are no cruise ship tourists there (worth it!!). Coki beach was a little crowded, as was Magens bay (go early, before the tourist buses arrive and you will be great) but the little beach on the property proved to be nice for short trips to the beach. There is grocery shopping within a 10 minute drive in both directions (Red Hook a little more expensive). Ben was awesome to work with, and there was even a little Christmas tree in the room for us - such a nice added touch!! If you go here, you will not be disappointed. There are three pools on the property, which were nice if you didn't want the beach. The on-site restaurant was closed for renovations when we were there, but not a big deal. If you have a hard time with hills or stairs, this property could be challenging. But if you have a car it's no big deal. I loved hiking the stairs every day for exercise. I would recommend renting a car on the island, unless you really like to walk. Overall, I hope to visit this place again - It was a true joy! My 3 year old keeps asking when we can go back to St. Thomas.... :) Success!!"
