  • Great location and exceptional owners and stay

"I booked this place because of the great reviews as I am rather picky about cleanliness and safety. The unit was spotless, even the glasses at high shelves were sparkling. The owner was very patient and extremely helpful, as was Louise, who came in daily to check if we needed anything else. There was a safe to lock our valuables but it was low on battery and Louise came back with a new pack within less than 5 minutes and everything was taken care of. Perhaps it was low season but we practically had the beach to ourselves and it was lovely. The appliances worked very well and the beds were comfortable. We rode the Dollar Bus and it was very convenient and our kids loved riding on it with the locals. STT is a pretty place and we would definitely come back to this unit on our next visit."

  • Perfect in every way

"This is the place to stay on St. Thomas. We are a retired couple who have traveled extensively and lived abroad. We can say that this is a world class vacation rental. We were looking for a somewhat impromptu get away for our wedding anniversary. Our previous experience with the Virgin islands was a family camping vacation on St. John over 20 years ago. We have aged out of camping but still wanted something that would give us the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the islands without the distractions of a resort or the remoteness of a mountain cottage. We rented unit C-14 for one week at the end of October and it met our expectations perfectly. The rental experience was completely hassle free and personable. No hidden charges or surprises. The condo unit is up to date and very well equipped. There is a breathtaking view across a saltwater lagoon to the beach with St John and Tortola visible across the water. A few steps to the beautiful beach with some of the best snorkeling anywhere. Beach chairs are provided and there is plenty of shade. There is also a beach bar/grill at one end of the beach but we never tried it. Convenient to Red Hook for ferry to St. John for an easy day trip. Red Hook also has a reasonable selection of restaurants though we preferred cooking for ourselves."

  • Perfect Vacation!

"Jeanette & Mick's condo was everything we hoped it would be! The location is perfect, the condo was clean, updated and well taken care of, and the view was amazing! We especially liked being able to walk right off the patio onto the beach ! The condo has everything we needed or could want on vacation. Having coffee supplied for the week was a nice touch! Mick and Jeanette were a pleasure to work with. Everything we needed to know was very clearly explained to us. We did not rent a car and found this location perfect for easy access to Red Hook. We took the local Safari bus to Red Hook for $1pp and would cab home for $4pp. Red Hook had a grocery store and many bars and restaurants to please all different tastes. We loved Sapphire Beach leaving it only twice - once to St John and once to the British Virgin Islands. We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here! Best location on Sapphire Beach. • Great Location

"We just stayed at this condo last week. It was clean, comfortable and spacious; perfect for 4. The greatest thing about it was the location. It was literally a few steps from Sapphire Bay beach; one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Thomas. The snorkeling was great, lots of coral, and the view of St. John and BVI's...spectacular! I thought the condo was priced appropriately. It could use just a little TLC: The vertical blinds in the master are falling apart; grout in at least one of the baths needs fixed; range hood was old, dirty and had no light bulb and the dryer vent was clogged with lint that we could not get out. Also the beds in the second bedroom are tiny; they did not appear to be twin sized beds, they were smaller. Standard twin sized beds would be nicer; that way an adult could still sleep in those and not hang over the edges. All little things, nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. Overall this was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it."
