  • Fabulous Villa & Tremendous Hosts

"We had a party of 4 people and we were all so happy with our choice to stay here!! Sue and Dewey are incredibly nice and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The Villa was better in person, the amenities are lovely and the extra space was great! We love the extra attention to details, the lounge chairs, board games and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. This was our 3rd time back on the island and by far this property was the best choice we have made. The location is great, the area is really safe and close to Red Hook which makes it convenient for travel to the other islands. Thank you both for the time in your gorgeous villa, we appreciate you sharing your piece of paradise with us!"

  • Location is perfect.

"We had an amazing time in St Thomas. The location of the condo is perfect. We loved being able to step out the door onto our patio and right on to the beach. The beach is great and the snorkeling right there was awesome. The condo came with enough snorkeling gear for all four of us. (Three adults and one teenager) You also have access to beach chairs and floats and a volleyball net right there on the beach. We spent several of our days visiting St John and the British Virginia Islands. Sapphire Beach is a great location for this. It is located on the east end of the island right next to Red Hook, which is where you catch the ferries to the other islands. There is also a grocery store and many restaurants in Red Hook. Plus there is a marina right there on the property which is where one of our excursions to the BVIs was based. (New Horizon and Breakaway Charters does a great excursion to the BVIs) So we literally just walked out our door across the lot and to the marina. The condo has been updated, it is nice and very clean. The four of us slept comfortably. The owner, Beatrice, was very helpful and replied quickly to the questions we had before we went and anything we needed while we were there. The only issue we had during our stay was that the internet went out the day before we left. I contacted the person I was supposed to for this issue and did not hear back from him, but we left early the next day and I understand that it was taken care of that day. If we were to go back to St Thomas we would definitely stay in this condo again."

  • Island sanctuary and luxury style

"This house is gorgeous and nestled snugly at the end of Deck Point Road with a western exposure ensuring a beautiful sunset every night which you can enjoy relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool. I can't speak highly enough about the owner and staff here--- they made sure we had what we needed and were available at all hours (which wasn't necessary during our stay but hey...good to know). The villa is stocked with basics and the housekeeper had everything we asked for ready for us upon arrival (thanks, Mary!). We spent much of our time on the outside deck or in the pool and it was breathtaking! Looking over some of the reviews here I feel the need to relay my experiences on some of the topics. We had no problem with the fridge keeping things cold. There were 6 of us (all 18 or older) and went in and out as we normally would with no issues. We kept drinks in ice chests in the kitchen as opposed to the fridge which made it that much easier when we wanted a cold one. The driveway is steeper than most are accustomed to. So? It's not like it is full of Ohio ice. I had no problem walking up and down even with 5 bags of groceries. This is a non factor unless you are truly physically limited. Being from Ohio I prefer generally cool temperatures. The air conditioning units are in all of the bedrooms and would get each room quite chilly (if you want them to be that way) while we slept. Perfect for me. There is no air in the main living space and, I have to admit, that made necessary many refreshing dips in the infinity pool. But listen----you're in the Caribbean! It is hot! I guarantee you the view from the balcony will more than make up for the lack of 70 degree temps in the living room! Gentle breezes and starlit nights beckon. It was a 20 minute walk to Cowpet Bay Beach. Other beaches are easy driving distances. Our big dilemma before we booked was do we want to be on the beach or up higher with beautiful views---take it from me the pictures you take from the balcony of Sans Sou Sea will be forever etched in your mind. This is an amazing villa. We are truly blessed that the owner has opened up his house to guests and would recommend this spot to anyone asking. The memories will last forever and the beauty will never fade. Do yourself a favor and experience island life at Sans Sou Sea!"

"I have stayed in St Thomas often and this is an amazing property. If you need a beautiful place, stunning views, true relaxation and high-end amenities.....this is where you belong. The ocean waves are right there....St John is welcoming you with the sunrise each morning. It requires nothing but your suitcase."
