  • Beautiful views, very nice condo.

"Let me just start with a few cons, the "Guide to Relaxation" that is included which gives you a lot of needed information about your stay is awesome BUT it is not up to date, I tried to contact 2 people on there that are no longer associated with this condo, and it should be updated. Second, there are no clean towels after you use them and no maid service unless you pay for it, so plan on using them again, bringing extra or going to launder them. Third, if you get a rental car do yourself a favor and pay the extra for the jeep, the hills are so steep and if you do see regular cars around they're usually beat up pretty bad from the roads. We found ourselves traveling to St John quite a bit for the hiking, snorkeling and shops/bars, if we go back we would probably stay there. But there is also a lot to do on St Thomas but we just preferred St John. Now for the good stuff, this condo is gorgeous and has a breathtaking view, it was so nice to wake up to and listening to the ocean is one of my favorite things about it. It can get pretty warm at night and the ceiling fans in there are not that powerful, the memory foam mattress had us sweating a few times, so I guess it depends what time of year you go. The resort is beautiful also but the parking lot is full of potholes, hopefully they will be updated, I liked the fact that there was security at entrance and patrolling the facility also. The only other suggestion I have is maybe you could install a cascading blind on the balcony above the hammock to block the light from the patio across the way, when you are sitting on the balcony at night and trying to enjoy it the light from their balcony interfered with it. All in all again it's a beautiful condo. It was worth the money."

  • Great week with the family at the Ritz

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton Club. We are a family of 4, and had tons of space, the washer dryer was fabulous to have. Our view was spectacular, and the beach was nice and easy to swim and snorkel. We used the Ritz Carlton Hotel for their beach toys but found that we really didn't need to go to their beach other than the toys. The Staff at the Club were extreme accommodating and friendly. They really make you feel at home. We had a 2 bedroom in the Lilly Building room 4405. Housekeeping was great, I felt like our items were safe in the room, but I still locked our passports and extra cash away in the safe. There are 4 levels in each building except for the Grand Palazzo, the 5th floor has a restaurant. The rooms were clean. We will defiantly be back. Booking was easy with Tim. He made the process simple, and kept us updated as we got closer to our travel dates. Tim also followed up with us after the trip to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would defiantly recommend booking."

  • Family Holiday beyond compare

"11 family members arrived on the beautiful VI island over the Christmas Holiday. We are all well prepared thanks to the help of Chloe who handed the arrangements and provided great guidance with everything from car rental information to restaurants, churches for Sunday mass, Chloe was so helpful during our stay. The drive from the airport (I recommend a jeep but a car would also work) was about 45 minutes and as you try to find the street marked by four mail boxes (arrive in daylight) and you drive down the gravel lane up to the secluded gated property on the top of the island you will be amazed at every feature of this house and every view. The kitchen where we spent a lot of time as a family was completely open air with the bay of windows open the breeze was amazing. The view from the massive kitchen looked over the pool and straight down to St. John Island with seven islands acting as a ally way for all the boats and yachts passing by this vacation home atop the island. next to the kitchen was a open court yard and then the dining room. We used every inch of this villa. the walk way from the pool takes you to a meditation/party area looking straight down to St. johns. More than a few hours were spent high a perch sipping on coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The whole house and outside area was wireless for internet if you care about such a thing. The one problem we had is we never wanted to leave the villa to explore the island! Everyone had a beautiful bedroom with a view all with their own showers and bath. We did force ourselves out to explore and if we were not cooking in this kitchen we hit some great local restaurants, just ask Chloe. We also made it to a few great beaches a full day at Magens Bay, pack a cooler with anything you might want to drink. There is also a great bar and shops at the main area. If you are up for a hike you must see Sandy Bay an amazing beach on the far west side of the island. Grad some milk shakes on the way back and back to paradise the what a villa!!!!! What a vacation!!!!"

"The location and cleanliness of the property we wonderful. The owners were great to work with. Everything you needed plus more were in the condo. There were 2 restaurants, pool, hot tub, beach with chairs, and 3 bar right there you didn't need to leave the condo for anything unless you wanted to. I would highly recommend this condo. I'm sure we will be back!"
