  • Spectacular stay & Gorgeous view

"My husband and I stayed at the house in August and had a fantastic trip! The house is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views of Magen's Bay. Magen's Bay is definitely worth visiting, but it was equally lovely spending whole days savoring the views from the house, basking in the sun, and enjoying the island breeze from the pool deck. The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished. It has a huge kitchen/great room, which almost feels like it's an open air area, with sliding doors on both sides and amazing views. We enjoyed cooking and lounging in the great room while taking in the views and even saw a rainbow one day. Sharon, the house manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly, before our arrival. We tried some nearby restaurants, but it was just as enjoyable staying in and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. We'll look forward to visiting the house again in the future!"

  • Beautiful views, relaxing atmosphere...

"The house was as advertised--very spacious, plenty of room for us to all be there (group of 6) and yet not feel like we were crowding each other. The caretaker met us at the airport and led us back to the house. I was really glad he did, as my Verizon phone would not work on the island (AT&T and T-Mobile seem to work though). The roads take some getting used to--left side driving on winding, narrow mountain roads. The driveway to the house involves a very sharp turn, but can be managed with care (we had a mini-van and did it, but a jeep would be better). Of note: the kitchen is a separate building from the bedroom/livingroom house. The bathrooms are all attached to the bedrooms as well. The sun deck was really cool, but there were about 70+ steep rocky stairs to get down to it. The water was pretty rough too--if you want to get in, you have to navigate the surf and the rocks. I highly recommend planning to visit one or more of St. Thomas's peaceful beaches; the waves are gentle to non-existent, and the beaches are super clean and provide bathrooms. You do have to pay to get in--per person, and also for parking. We visited the Magen's Bay beach, but there are many others that are beautiful as well. Overall, great trip. BRING BUG SPRAY."

  • The villa provided the best place for me to relax and enjoy totally.

"My vacation was very relaxing. I did not like the drive to the villa, however, after arriving at the villa, I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of it. The views of St. Thomas, St. John, St. Croix, Tortola and Van Dyck Islands were amazing. The rock path leading to the beautiful flowers was wonderful. The portico was serene because you have wonderful views including from the back balcony. The kitchen for me was amazing (but needs better pots). Since I love to cook, the kitchen was perfect. The master bedroom and ensuite was fantastic and so were the other bedrooms and bathrooms. I made great use of the books in the curio cabinet. All-in-all, I had a wonderful vacation. The only thing I hated was the winding and rough roads to get up there. The young lady Jackie came to clean everyday and she was amazing, a wonderful person and kind spirit. We enjoyed talking with her as well. She made the villa even more enjoyable, just to see her smiling face everyday."

  • Stunning property, incredible views, Heavenly!!!!

"Staying at Serendipity was the ultimate vacation experience! We had a large group of 20 and had plenty of space for all of us to be very comfortable! ( There are actually 3 separate houses, all connected for space and togetherness) The property is out of this world...even better than the photos. Each room is spacious with incredible views and awesome common spaces too...the best views I have ever experienced, and I have travelled a lot! The villa is clean and decorated nicely! Anthony, the super fun and joyful manager was so hospitable..checking in daily and accommodating all our needs and had lots of suggestions to make our stay amazing! If you have a large group and this villa is available...look no further...Serendipity is the best large villa I have ever experienced! Happy trails!"
