  • Great location and privacy!! Perfect spot for 2!

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary! We were looking for a home with a pool and hot tub and this fit the bill perfectly! We were a bit hesitant with the living room furniture when we saw it on line but the day bed is quite comfortable. I would change the chairs out for something more inviting, but I guess as a vacation home, it works. This isn't a fancy home but if you are looking for a well kept property at a good value, this would be a great choice! My husband and I loved the views and the breezes were amazing! We weren't quite sure what to expect for August and were pleasantly surprised. This location is a short drive to Maho bay.... my friends recommended this beach as being one of their favorite and they were right, gorgeous!! We will return!"

  • Breathtaking!

"Our stay at the Isla Vista was amazing! Everything was perfect from the spectacular daytime views and evening sunsets, to the beautiful landscaping and gardens! The villa amenities were outstanding including each of the rooms, kitchen, pool, etc. The villa is well taken care of and it shows. The close proximity to town made it a short drive in for daily excursions, dining or shopping. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a getaway. The location is great and while it’s close to town the privacy the villa provides makes it feel like you’re on a private island!"

  • Beautiful View in Charming Villa

"Do not hesitate renting this place! Clean, air conditioned, peaceful. Very close to Starfish Market. The drive up Jacob's Ladder on rainy days is not for the faint of heart. Only complaint is bed was a bit too soft for us. Minor inconvenience to stay in paradise. 😉"

  • The Villa Serena was quite the place....

" the most unique part of the island....The view every day was amazing. The access to town was easy enough (with a Jeep.) The interior was laid out fairly well, there were some private areas, and some not so private areas, but that's clearly how it was designed. There were a few small items of concern, like a couple of functional doorknobs, a broken ice machine, and inconsistent cable TV access. But it was furnished nicely with all the kitchen gadgets needed to cook big, complex meals for a large group. The snorkeling in the back yard that was easily accessible, was as good as any reef in the USVI. We routinely saw turtles, rays and a lot of reef fish. Speaking of fish, the fishing was bad off the rocks. If you are going to try to fish, you will need a spinning rod that can cast 100 or more feet: my fly rod could not get it done. Plus, there were not a lot of gamefish in the area. Overall, I and my family would do this again. It was far better than a seven day cruise at about the same or cheaper cost."
