  • Paradise at its Best

"Paradise is the word we use to describe our stay in Tom and Jean's condo. We decided to take a much needed vacation on the island and we needed a place to stay. Tom and Jean were very helpful from the very beginning. Their detailed instructions were on point and greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be perfect. When we arrived we were impressed by the breathtaking beauty and location of condo. The view was to die for. We would sit on the balcony for hours just taking it all in...the beautiful beach is close by. Tom and Jean made sure we had enough beach towels, chairs, cushions and kitchen supplies. The wifi worked great. We Loved every minute of our stay and the fact that the unit was clean and well kept is a plus. We recommend this unit and appreciate Tom and Jean for giving us an opportunity to enjoy their unit."

  • Amazing view, beautiful house!

"The photos of this house don't begin to show the true beauty of the view from the deck. The house has so many great places to hang out and it's very clean. The manager Greg was hospitable and kind. We have no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Great Views, Comfortable Villa for 5-6

"The views from the main living room and deck/pool/hot tub area are amazing. You get an incredible panorama of Coral Bay, East End, and Norman Island to the east, and Jost Van Dyke to the north. The large pool and hot tub were wonderful--a great way to relax at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, showers were good (with just enough hot water), and the property managers left a stocked fridge, including chocolates, as we arrived on the Saturday before Easter. They also left plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner. The villa was clean and comfortable, though the decor is a little dated. Parking off of Centerline Rd. was easy--it's not one of those crazy hidden driveways with a steep drop, you don't have to go off-roading for 10 minutes, and there's plenty of room to maneuver a large Jeep. Overall, my wife, son, mom, and brother had a really great time. We've stayed on St. John several times, and this has to be the best location we've ever had. Close to the north shore beaches and Coral Bay. Not too far from Cruz Bay, and walking distance to Colombo's Smoothies. My only complaint about the villa's location on its ridge would be the wind, which howled most of the day and night during our 6-day stay. I think it was partly just a particularly windy week on the island. But it's definitely windier at the villa, as there's nothing to block the tradewinds. Finally, my only complaint about the property management is a minor one--the DVD players didn't work. The one downstairs had no connecting cable at all, and the one upstairs had the wrong type of cable. When I tried to get them to address it, they were responsive, but never actually came out and fixed it. Maybe it's harder to get the right kind of cable on the island. Not a big deal, obviously, but they could have done better. But overall, a terrific villa for the price, particularly if, like me, your priorities are great views, good location, a pool, and a hot tub."

  • Great time at the Villa!

"We had a wonderful time at the villa. Kenneth and his wife were very kind and responsive to anything we needed. The road to the villa is a challenge but actually was a lot of fun once we got used to it. The villa is very clean and well supplied. It is nice that previous renters left behind some basics, like salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Kenneth replaced the grill the first day we were there to make sure it was in good working order and had someone out to look at the AC because it was glitchy. The view was the best view I have ever had on a vacation. Absolutely, stunning. Be forewarned however, you will hear the roosters down in the valley in the morning! Coral Bay is quiet and quaint. We really enjoyed Skinny Legs. Great burgers and live music. I would recommend the villa but make sure you have a vehicle that can travel a rocky path (it's not really a road). We would stay here again."
