  • Awesome Property, Great Customer Service

"We stayed for 5 nights. We had a great time. Definitely have to rent a car, which we did, but it is quite close to some great beaches and food spots, 5-10 minutes. The view when you first walk in is spectacular. All three bedrooms were great, each was quite sizable. Full kitchen and 3.5 baths. Owner was very helpful with the little things that needed fixing like no propane in the grill and extending checkout time because our flight was delayed. Mind the driveway as it is very steep, make a wide left on the way in and a sharp left on the way out (it's a one way road.) Overall, really great experience."

  • Everything we hoped and wanted it to be!

"The location is great. It is between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook which meant we could do things in town or jump over to St Johns (we did both). We also went to Magens Bay which is beautiful but there is also a beach nearby (went there too) which has its own comfortable chairs, a beach with activities and a bar and grille. Of course the house has its own pool which we used a lot and yes it overlooks the water entrance into town and is a spectacular view from the porch or the pool. There was lots of boats to watch coming and going from the town including the cruise ships which were fun to watch. We did use their brand new grill one night to cook in. The house itself has a great open area involving living room, dining room and kitchen which is spacious. Each of the bedrooms had excellent beds and their own bathrooms which is great for multiple couples. The porch has a roof which provides a break from the sun and plenty of chairs. The night sky was very beautiful from the lounge chairs. The pictures on the site are accurate but only provide a glimpse into the beauty of the villa which you will enjoy when you come."

  • Exceptional Villa in perfect location

"I have been traveling with my family to St. Thomas for over 20 years and Villa Mas was the nicest place I've stayed, by far. The location is perfect, with easy accessibility to the villa. The driveway pulls directly up to the front door, making it a great option for elderly or handicapped if needed. The amenities are top notch, and everything you could possibly need for leisure, activities, and entertainment has been provided. Our group of 7, ages 22-52, had a great time and enjoyed hours of quality time together, but also had plenty of space for their own privacy. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with beautiful frame-less glass showers. The downstairs apartment was a perfect option for my kids, ages 22 and 25. It was great being so close to the Marriott and also Yacht Haven Grande Marina. Our favorite restaurants were the Sand Bar at the Marriott, Tap & Still, and Fat Turtle for happy hour, both at the marina. The villa owner, Mike, was a pleasure to deal with and was easily accessible, if needed. He also owns a boat available to rent. I highly recommend a boat trip to the BVI, well worth bringing a passport for!! By the end of our vacation, we left considering him a great friend and part of our family. Overall, we highly recommend this villa to groups of all ages and we can't wait to go back. It is truly luxury at its best."

  • Beautiful home for a family reunion

"Wow!, were the words from each and every family member when we walked through the door. We picked Surewinds for our family reunion and it was the best choice we could have made. There were 16 people in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The home was beautifully constructed and decorated and the views were endless. The home was so well equipped we had everything we needed for great family meals, dips in the pool, and gear so we could enjoy the local beaches. It even smelled fantastic with aromatherapy scents infused through out the home. At the end of the day, we could come back and unwind with games around the beautiful and large dining table. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac so not only was it serene, there was plenty of room to park a few extra cars. From the beginning, the owner Sandra was so pleasant to talk to and had a wealth of information on St. Thomas. Since it was the first time for everyone in our family, she even told us where to shop for reasonably priced groceries and where we could find all the amenities we needed. Sandra was such a delight that we knew we had made the right choice with Surewinds for such an important occasion. We would highly recommend Sandra and this home to anyone wanting a luxurious home away from home."
