  • Great hospitality!

"Our stay was great! Everyone at the resort was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was extremely convenient that they shuttle you around the resort as needed and to immediate surrounding areas as a courtesy free of charge. It's not a brand-new resort but it didn't bother us a bit. The room was comfortable and it had a beautiful view. I loved the convenient location to Sapphire Beach and Coki beach where we had a blast. The restaurant on site is overpriced especially for breakfast but I guess that's two w The restaurant on site is overpriced especially for breakfast but I guess that's to be expected. Overall it was a great stay and I appreciated the use of their snorkel equipment and other available activities."

  • Shuttle service was awesome!!

"We were so thrilled to find out Point Pleasant Resort offers a free shuttle around the island. The resort itself is gorgeous and they even have a lobby shop where we picked up beach essentials- snacks and sunscreen! Our room had a very comfortable bed and it was very clean. We cant wait to come back!!"

  • Excellent views, owner very helpful, great location

"Our family of 6 had a wonderful week for a number of reasons. One of those was the condo- the location, the incredible view, the amenities and the owners were all a part of that. The two decks allowed the extra space we needed for sitting and relaxing each day. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and in the reviews. Van went out of his way to make sure we had all the info we needed, and sent us his own 30-page guide covering the condo, the complex and St. Thomas. Snorkeling is amazing right outside the hotel - My wife and I have been to most of the other popular snorkeling spots on St. Thomas and St. John and feel that this is in the top 3 sites, along with Leinstur bay/Watermelon key on St. John, and Coki beach (located just a couple of miles from Sapphire beach) - The water in front of building A, B and C contains a large sea grass area where we spotted a couple of rays and turtles. The right side of the beach in front of A,B and C has an excellent reef, that has some spectacular coral formations and fish, which are amazing if you swim all the way out the end of the reef. The beach in front of condo's D and E has reefs that jut out along either side of the beach, which also have great coral formations if you swim out to the ends of the reef, particularly on the left side. Saw squid, octopus and barracuda on the left side, along with scores of fish. Van is great to work with - he promptly answered our emails whenever we had questions. The condo is very well stocked and maintained. We definitely hope to rent this condo again."

  • Perfect place to call home while you explore the islands

"The east end of St. Thomas is a great place to base your USVI/BVI travels in. You are a short hop from Red Hook car ferry, restaurants and charters, and have some of the island's best beaches in a few minutes drive. Sapphire Village gives you easy access to all that, or you can stay right here and have a nice meal at Slice, good beaches at Sapphire bay (or right next door at Lindquist) and there are excellent charters leaving right from Sapphire Marina. Why deal with parking and packing the car when you can walk out the fron door and be on the Breakaway in minutes. And when it is time to stay in you can't do much better than Seaglass. You want a clean and well appointed space with a comfortable bed, a good view, and the ability to make a nice cup of coffee and a light meal. You get all that at Seaglass, plus and owner who goes all the way to make your stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. For a couple looking for a nice space to call hime while they explore the islands you couldn't ask for a better spot. Oh, and even though we didn't use it, there is a waffle iron! Be prepared to make a few waffles :)"
