  • Beautiful Location on Sapphire Beach!

"My sife and I stayed at Bill's condo on Sapphire beach in December 2016. We picked his condo because he is well known on TripAdvisor for giving outstanding tips and information about St. Thomas. He sent us several emails with valuable tips and guidance from the beaches to restaurants to navigating the airport. From the beginning, Bill was accomodating. The condo wasn't available due to yearly maintenance. Once he found out we were interested, he worked with his contractor to move the maintenance to the following week. Bill communicated at every step, calling us the day after we checked in to see if everything was okay. One of the great advantages of Bill's condo is how close it is to Red Hook where we ate at the restaraunts and took several trips to the grocery stores. Since I worked 5 of the 8 days we were in St. Thomas, the location on Sapphire beach allowed my wife to walk out to the beach every morning to spend the day. It is a truly beautiful beach with an amazing view of the other islands, including St. John. We will definately consider staying at Bill's when we visit St. Thomas again."

  • Perfect in every way

"This is the place to stay on St. Thomas. We are a retired couple who have traveled extensively and lived abroad. We can say that this is a world class vacation rental. We were looking for a somewhat impromptu get away for our wedding anniversary. Our previous experience with the Virgin islands was a family camping vacation on St. John over 20 years ago. We have aged out of camping but still wanted something that would give us the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the islands without the distractions of a resort or the remoteness of a mountain cottage. We rented unit C-14 for one week at the end of October and it met our expectations perfectly. The rental experience was completely hassle free and personable. No hidden charges or surprises. The condo unit is up to date and very well equipped. There is a breathtaking view across a saltwater lagoon to the beach with St John and Tortola visible across the water. A few steps to the beautiful beach with some of the best snorkeling anywhere. Beach chairs are provided and there is plenty of shade. There is also a beach bar/grill at one end of the beach but we never tried it. Convenient to Red Hook for ferry to St. John for an easy day trip. Red Hook also has a reasonable selection of restaurants though we preferred cooking for ourselves."

  • Beautiful Ocean View Condo!

"Sadly, we had to leave this quaint condo to head back to the winter snow! We stayed the week after Christmas and enjoyed every minute of the condo, the resort, and the community. Whenever I had questions, Chris, the condo owner was quick to reply. The patio is perfect as you sit and watch the palm trees sway while watching the ocean waves. We spent a lot of time by the pool and at the beach. The marina was a few steps away and it is where we were able to book a full-day charted trip to visit other islands. It was incredible fun, and my husband and I will cherish the memories! Perfect location for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the sunshine. Everyone we met was wonderful and we miss it already~"

  • Beautiful Beach Getaway

"We just got back from a 7 day stay at Sapphire Beach in Hong's condo. It was a truly amazing trip. The condo is exceptionally located right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. The beach itself is well maintained and free chairs are included in the stay. The cruise patrons stay farther down the beach so the area in front of the condos is almost empty with plenty of space to spread out. The pool was nice and clean but the bar appears to have been closed indefinitely, but there is a bar/food towards the public side of Sapphire. Parking is very easy and the condos itself are gated - we rented a car so we could explore the island. I would recommend going further into the island to do any grocery shopping (Plaza Extra) as the shops in Red Hook are expensive - but they are very close with only a 2-3 min drive. We are at a few places close by (Senor Pizza we thought was great and the pizza was huge). The only word of caution is if you are a light sleeper we would recommend earplugs - we had some college students above us that stayed up late and you can hear all the noises through the walls and ceilings (mostly chairs/furniture moving) and there are numerous roosters on the property that begin there day around 4 am haha - but after some earplugs we slept soundly through the night. The condo is well equipped and has all the items needed from pots and pans to linens and towels (including 2 beach towels) and snorkeling equipment. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable vacation!"
