  • Great place on St. Thomas

"Easy to arrange arrival, place had a lot of room. We stayed as a family so we didn't need to close the adjoining room but if you went as 2 couples that would be a nice option. We saved a lot of money eating at the condo instead of going out. Has all the necessary kitchen items. It's central to everything. We ventured out to different beaches each day. Yes, you can walk down to the beach at the condo but it isn't one of the better beaches--mostly rocky. We went to Coki beach--our favorite! Best snorkeling and amazing sand! $5 to park, $10 to rent snorkel gear, $5 to rent chair--prices are all day. Went to Sapphire beach. Free parking but they charge by the hour for snorkel gear and chairs are $9 for the day and the snorkeling wasn't as good. We ended up renting a car and it was well worth it! The condo was in a gated community which was great. Plenty of sleeping space. We had 2 adults and our kids 17,14,10. There were 2 queen beds and a fold out futon. It was stocked with movies and cards which we used at night. 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Great view of Bolongo Bay from the deck. Thanks for a great vacation!"

  • The very best location, view, hosts...I could go on and on.

"This place is so fantastic! The location was the best we could've found. Snorkeling in Secret Harbor we could look up and see our apartment and our hammock beckoning us. Getting home from Red Hook in just a few minutes was so convenient after a nice meal and cocktails. Joanie and Robert were incredible hosts. I can't wait to return to Sunflower!!!"

  • Great value and view at Sapphire Beach

"My family of four really enjoyed this Sapphire Beach condo rental. The view was perfect looking out at the boats with a direct view of St. John, amazing at night. The condo is small but had everything we needed, especially since our goal wasn't to hang out indoors. The location is perfect, a half-mile from the Red Hook ferry and grocery store. There are taxis at the property for easy access to St. Thomas beaches, and in case you don't want to walk to Red Hook. However, you could spend the whole vacation just at Sapphire Beach if you wanted, with beautiful sand, water, and snorkeling. We also chartered a boat for a BVI day trip right from the dock in front of the condo. This is the perfect home base for a week in the USVI."

  • Magical, Serene Paradise with Jaw-Dropping Views!

"We just stayed a week in Blue Skies Villa. There were 8 of us and we all had our own perfect, private space. My husband and I stayed in the master suite in the main house, my 12-yr old son took the private bonus room off the master with the bunk bed, my sister and her fiancé stayed in the 2nd master across from the pool, and my 21 & 22-yr old nieces took the downstairs beach suite with my 14-yr old daughter. The layout was fantastic, and you can dream up any rooming configuration you want because there are plenty of sofa beds and airbeds (like our group, not everyone will fit neatly into a 2-person per suite layout!) And the place! I don’t even know where to start – it had all the dreamy elements of a paradise combined with all the comforts of home. Of course, our favorite spot was the enormous deck with plenty of comfy chaise lounges overlooking magnificent Magen’s Bay. We had our own private pool complete with pool toys and floats, and a barbeque grill that we used several times. We read many reviews about how the villa was extremely well-stocked, but we weren’t sure exactly what that meant and ended up bringing WAY more than we needed. Every single closet, drawer, and cabinet was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine: plenty of sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreens, hairspray, hairdryers and flatirons, cleansers, laundry supplies, pots, pans, condiments, etc. etc. They even had a garlic press! So we were able to make plenty of our own meals with supplies from Moe’s Gourmet Groceries in Red Hook (AWESOME STORE!), and we were able to do our own laundry which came in handy since we spent so many days at the beautiful beaches of St. Thomas and St. John. There’s even a library with plenty of DVDs and books! And I can’t write a review without giving a big shout-out to our wonderful, attentive hosts, Rashel and Jim! They escorted us from the airport, pre-stocked the kitchen with the grocery list we provided, checked up on us, and were available to answer any questions during our stay. Rashel is also a licensed massage therapist, and while we intended to take advantage of her services, we lost track of time during the week! She will bring all the necessary supplies directly to the villa. Blue Skies Villa was so relaxing and beautiful. We would not have had such an incredible experience at any overpriced, high-end resort. If you’re thinking about visiting St. Thomas, DO NOT HESITATE to book this villa!"
