  • Beautiful condos

"We rented ten of the condos for guests for my wedding and they were perfect. Beautiful on the inside, all located around a central pool area. Each one has washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. All of the guests loved them. They are located in a gated area just a couple minute walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend!"

  • Amazing Week!

"Just got back from spending a week in Roxis Villa! What an absolutely beautiful place! Love the kitchen and the large patio. We made a few meals ourselves with fresh ingredients picked up along the stroll thru Coco. The patio is huge and private, and love the upstairs deck off the bedrooms, we even left the doors wide open a couple nights and woke up to the monkeys and parrots playing in the trees! How cool is that! We also had a few meals down at the restaurant over looking the beach. Love the fact that you can glance down from the villa and see if the tide is in or out and how many people were on the beach! Which there were never any crowds on this beach actually. Felt like our own private beach! Juan and Cesar were so helpful, and speak very good English. They also make a very good Pina Colada! Snorkeling was great, and Roxi was so helpful suggesting things to do and how to get places! Can't wait to return!"

  • Excellent location, responsive staff, pools terrific for kids

"As a family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 10), this was a good fit. They loved having twin beds, and all beds were Costa Rican comfortable. The AC was very helpful for sleeping. We ate in for breakfast and lunch, but headed out for dinners. You'll need your own everything food-related for cooking as there are no condiments or anything to get started. There are pots, pans, and dishes. The stove was a bit challenging, but I notified the owner, so this may be getting fixed. If not, crank the burner up to high to get things moving. Once it's hot enough, you can back it off a touch. Wifi was slow, but staff responded and reset router got things up to snuff. We spent most of the time at the black sand beach -lovely- and swimming around in the tide pools looking for sea creatures. The pools were great, especially for our kids. They provided a nice cool-off and some down time away from the beach. The pricing was ok, certainly more expensive than I'd expected, but Costa Rica is more expensive than it used to be overall. Enjoy all the butterflies fluttering around the vegetation off the balcony! We have a butterfly pavilion near our home in Colorado. Now we know why they say they get most of their butterflies in Costa Rica! Of course, a visit to the cloud forest in Monteverde will add even more to the list."
