  • Peaceful paradise

"I can not say enough good things about the accommodations at Casa Linda Vista. My mother, sister, and I stayed at Casa Azul. This house was perfect for us in accommodations and location. It's a beautiful home. The house is open with many windows and fans so there is no need for air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals but there was plenty of awesome restaurants near by as well. My favorite part of the trip to the area was the beach that is just a couple minutes walking distance from the house. It is spacious with white sands. Amazing sunsets. There were surfers always but quiet at the same time. I also enjoyed the howler monkeys that would wake us up. The best alarm clock! Kai and Ruth were so great. Helpful and so good natured. I hope to stay there again! Rental car is recommended if you are looking to explore the area. The location of Casa Linda Vista is a quieter area but within 30 min to 2 hours there is plenty of places to discover."

  • Quiet location, great beaches

"A great location if you like a quiet, peaceful setting very close (3 min walk) to a great beach with few people around. A great place for surfing or just hanging around the beach. The villa is very private, surrounded by the "jungle". No disturbances, you can hear and see all the birds and the wildlife around you. The villa matched the description provided, a great pool and the amenities you need, it is air-conditioned in every room (3 separate units), kitchen, washed dryer, etc. Mike come early to clean the pool from leaves, etc. every morning and never bothered us. The high speed internet (WiFi) worked flawlessly all the time. A couple of restaurants with great Costa Rican food are in walking distance, they are very reasonably priced, and very friendly and helpful with suggestions and accommodating your taste; of course you can get burgers too but then you don't have to go to Costa Rica.Tamarindo town/beach is a 30 min drive and has endless number of restaurants, it can also be reached by watertaxis durind the day One recommendation, you better have a 4 WD car to get to the place and around, the roads are rough. Overall, if you want peace and quiet to relax and take it easy it is a great place to go, if you want the bars, the tourist crowd, nightlife, etc you should go to a resort in Tamarindo or just stay in Miami"

  • Gorgeous House and Beach!

"Stayed her with my husband, kids and extended family. We had in total 9 adults and 3 kids (under the age of 7) and fit very comfortably in the house. The location on the beach is amazing and love the the tranquility of it! Beautiful views! If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax, please rent this home it's perfect. A lady from the surf shop came by and rented us boogie boards for the kids for $7 a day and offered surf lessons. They had a blast! If you want night life, Tamarindo is just a 20 min drive away. Great time and would definitely do it again!"
