  • Paradise found ! Amazing unit in a top notch resort .

"Wow is good start . From the moment you open the front door the views are spectacular . Hello Pacific ! The unit is top notch and brand spanking new . It has everything needed and the furnishings are high quality . Stayed a week with my family of 4 and had plenty of room . We are frequent visitors to Reserva Conchal and if you are looking for safety and serenity then look no further . Paradise found ! Roble Sabana is one of the newer developments within Reserva and has a sweet infinity pool . In addition to that you have access to the beach club and all that has to offer . Like huge pool , great gym and that amazing Pacific Ocean with fun toys to play with while in it , like kayaks and SUP's . The people at Blue water properties answered every question we had and offered great advice during our stay . I would highly recommend them and this unit ."

  • Great Christmas family getaway

"Our family stayed December 2016. 7 adults--2 couples, 3 singles. The 4 bedrooms worked fine. The one that has no privacy and that you have to walk through to get to the bathroom is a little weird. It was also odd that that bathroom didn't have a ceiling (which means not completely private) but there was another bathroom so that was ok. The beach is great. You can wade out a long way and still touch so it felt very safe. We did not sit on the beach. There were ants that sometimes felt like they were biting my feet if I was still but it wasn't that big of a deal. Some of us had irritation from something in the water but was only stung for an hour or less and then went away. There is a shower in the backyard just inside the gate that was very convenient to wash off before going in the house or pool. Many people walked the beach (but it was not crowded at all) and everyone was friendly. There is a dramatic difference between high and low tide. You can't walk as far during high tide. There is an inlet or estuary each way that you can not cross when the water is high. The pool area is great. The cabana and row of bushes provide shade and privacy. The balcony is lovely and shaded all day long with a great view. Jorge, the house manager, lives on the first floor of the house and he took good care of us -- got our groceries, shuttled us to and from the airport, and drove us to and from the Beach House restaurant (he had an emergency at another place he manages so we waited a long time and we could have had better communication regarding that though). We went jet skiing and snorkeling with his son Joshua which was very fun. We rented boogie boards and kayaks from the place down the beach. It would have been nice to have had some beach "toys" available at the house. We walked to Perla's restaurant (10 minutes). I walked the beach to the Beach House one morning (27 minutes). I walked to the restaurant to the right down the beach (12 minutes) but we didn't eat there. There is a convenience store that is a 10 minute walk. The groceries and restaurants were more expensive than we anticipated. The 7 of us had lunch at the restaurant at the airport (no one ordered alcohol) and it cost $175! 6 of us ate at Perla's with 3 drinks and it was $100. We spent around $350 on groceries which did include alcohol. Overall, we were very satisfied. Casa Surfside was reasonably priced for all ALL that we got -- togetherness, beach, pool, and fabulous view."

  • Absolutely the best!!

"Not only where the owner and his property manager so responsive but they where so helpful! We loved the house, it was perfect in size and privacy. The house was truly a peaceful home in what was a secluded lovely area. The walk to the beach was so close and the people in the town are so nice! I highly recommend hiring the private chef they recommend but note there is an awesome pizza place around the corner. We are planning our next trip and will stay at their home again!"

  • Beautiful Home!

"We spent a week at this home and loved it! It was tastefully decorated. It was a perfect gathering over Thanksgiving week for a big family of 10, plus toddler. We arrived from all over the US, and the property manager even arranged transportation. The decorating and facilities were beautiful. We spent the week in the beautiful pool and walked to the beach daily. All our advance questions were answered timely and with courtesy. (We did need to call a number of times for simple maintenance issues while there, but the staff was very responsive. All our needs were addressed.) We hired a private chef who cooked for us, but there were also restaurants in the area we could walk to. (The hill to the beach and restaurants is pretty steep, however, so it's not good for those with walking issues.) We loved having our own washer & dryer. We'd highly recommend this place! We want to go back."
