  • Lovely condo, outstanding location, great owners

"This location and condo is the hidden gem of Costa Rica! I almost don't want to post this because I don't want others to find this amazing location, Flamingo Beach. This condo unit is very open, spacious, clean, comfortable. It has all of the amenities you need for kids and/or adults. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've been to in Costa Rica, and I've travelled throughout the country. The nearby restaurants are good, the pool is convenient, and you can hike in so many different directions. It's also a short drive from Tamarindo, which is where I went for shopping and a busier scene. As an added bonus, the owners were very helpful with all my questions prior to my visit. And thank goodness, the internet speed was fast too!"

  • Wildly Sophisticated

"Our gang of five loved our week stay at Castillo Del Mar (the name of the home we stayed in) in the village of Playa Negra! Our home was majestic, spacious and comfortable with modern conveniences throughout and close views of the Pacific and coast line. We were a short drive or walk by the healthy to a beach side hotel and charming restaurants and cafes. The French DeVina was amazing! The wildness came from the dirt road we traveled on near Playa Negra. It was safe but rough in spots especially after a hard rain. We thought the "monkey roads" added to the charm and provided some laughs and adventure. They made you feel you were really away. Castillo Del Mar, Playa Negra, and Costa Rica are not to be missed. We'll be back soon!"

  • Awesome and Unique

"My family of 5 (kids aged 9, 11, and 12) spent 7 nights at Casa Verde. It took a little adjusting to the open floor plan but we had it down after a couple of days. It was amazing to wake up early, sip coffee in a hammock, and watch the sunrise. We saw howler monkeys twice and several large iguanas either from the house or on the property. We enjoyed the nature trails. The pool is awesome! Tierra Pacifica is a very quiet property. The gate was always guarded and we felt very safe. We dined at two of the nearby restaurants. Amigos was one. The other was at a hotel near the end of the road. Both had good food and helpful staff. The drives into Tamarindo and Santa Cruz were easy (if you stick to the main roads.) I do recommend getting good driving instructions to find Tierra Pacific the first time. Our flight was delayed and we drove in the dark. It took us a while to find where we needed to be. Beyond that, Georgina was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay."
