  • Exactly what I was hoping for

"This is a beautiful piece of property that sits on the beach. The pool was so relaxing after a long day of sight seeing. Each bedroom has its own AC and fan which made it very comfortable to sleep. The set up allows for shared time and alone time. We were very pleased with this site. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful to make your stay all that you desire. Ronald saved the day by letting us know that Manuel Antonio was closed on Monday's. I left some important papers after we left and the owner Karin was kind enough to call me about them. It was great to have a place to commune every morning for breakfast and then gather again at the end of the day for either pool time or games. Just at the end of the street are two restaurants and bars. One helped us watch the SuperBowl during out visit. The grocery and convenience store was a few miles down the road. Wish we could have stayed longer."

  • Magical

"Two friends and I spent 5 magical days at one of these units on Potrero beach. The place was lovely, the beach view perfect and everything in the place seemed new. Babe, the manager, was on hand in person for anything we needed, including check-in, check-out, arranging a tour, (even knocking on the door when the tour driver arrived,) getting toilet paper, and taking care of any issues which arose. We felt pampered. We also appreciated Potrero beach itself for its quiet and laid back atmosphere. We do recommend a car to take full advantage, but you can walk to a few restaurants and the sailing club. Tip: Ryan at the sailing club there can tell you about all the local things to do, and has sunk an anchor you can tie into about 20-30 minute kayak ride away. Snorkeling at that spot we saw rays, a turtle, fan coral, puffer fish, etc. Turns out we didn't have to travel very far for the best snorkeling I've seen in Costa Rica. We loved about everything about our stay."

  • Great pad in a serene jungle setting!

"Had a really good relaxing stay at this place. Nestled nicely in the forest this rental has everything you would want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The only sounds you will hear are chirping tropical birds and monkeys singing from the tree tops. The location is conveniently located close to multiple good surfing beaches and the home sits just minutes from a beach that looks like a movie back drop of paradise. Highly recommend this to the solo traveler or a couple. The bed was big and super cozy, fast wifi, cable with tons of channels and the AC works great. The shower is very spacious and the bathroom featured a mirror set into a decorative tile wrap, very cool. Great back yard for bbqing and enjoying a jungle backdrop. The owner is super cool and friendly as well. Definitely would stay again!"

  • Costa Rica Perfection - Luxurious Condo

"What a beautiful Condo. We had an amazing trip and totally fell in love with the Condo and Costa Rica. We stayed there during the rainy season, but our fears about the rain were unwarranted. Yes, it did rain almost every day, but it was short and actually nice, so we all agreed that we probably would prefer this season to an all dry season. Everything was also so lush and green. Our two boys and I loved the Ocean. We were out Boogie boarding every day and the waves were perfect for it! My wife preferred the infinity pool. So cool to almost have that entire place to yourself. There were only a couple of other guests that we saw while we were there. We had the chef Roy come cook for us like you had recommended. Unfortunately it rained that evening, so our plans of dining on the beach didn't work out, but we still had a wonderful dinner in the Condo. We drove to El Viejo Wetlands to do the Palo Verde river tour. Wonderful people, lunch and tour. Saw probably 10-15 crocs, White faced monkeys, lots of iguanas and tons of birds. Also did the Congo tour like you recommended. Word of caution on Google Maps navigation - It will pick the shortest route :) Glad we got a 4WD rental. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful Condo with us. We will definitely return!"
