  • Great property!

"We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was a second trip for us to Reserva Conchal and this was another very nice place to stay. Great owners to work with. Last time we were in the Bouganvilla Condos, also a pleasant stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable for us and our two daughters. View was nice. Birds were fun! Just watch your food! The condo pool was great. Sat and watched a monkey there for a long time. Beach house and pool is fabulous. Food is fine at the Beach House but we enjoy all of the lovely nearby towns and their restaurants. The beach is very nice. Shelling is lots of fun! Didn't even go over to the Westin as we enjoy the "quieter" atmosphere on the owners side. Will definitely return again someday!"

  • Amazing! Will be back !!

"We stayed over Thanksgiving week in beautiful Costa Rica. Tres Vistas condo was perfectly located, beautifully appointed, comfortable and beyond our expectation. We could walk to beach, restaurants and to a small market. We had views from every room! It's just like the photos show. Our favorite breakfast/lunch spot was directly across street - La Cucina Verde- organic , delicious food and friendly owners/staff. Take out or eat in. The staff are extremely responsive and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back !"

  • Excellent Vacation at Barefoot Villa

"The six of us just returned from a great vacation at Barefoot Villa in Playa Guiones. This was our first trip to Nosara but not our first trip to Costa Rica. We know from our previous travels that the location of the house is very important -- you don't want to be too far from the beach and restaurants but you also don't want a lot of noise and dust from the road and businesses. Finding a good balance between the two can be a challenge and is one of the primary reasons we enjoyed Barefoot Villa. Its location at the end of a private road provides privacy yet is only a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. The home has a lot of nice touches that you notice throughout your stay but also a few important touches that you may not notice until you need them. The more important one that comes to mind is the reserve water tank. We overhead people at the beach saying they were unable to take showers at their hotel one afternoon since there was no water. Not us. The town turned off the water that afternoon (to conserve water in times of drought) but all of us were able to take a short shower thanks to the reserve water tank. Working with Angie was a pleasure. Angie answered our (many) questions before our trip without delay and helped book our private chef (the infamous Nina), arrange for groceries to be delivered before our arrival, and help answer questions about activities and airport transfers. The information packet Angie provided before our arrival as well as the information book at the house (with restaurant recommendations and other worthwhile information) were also very informative."
