  • Private, Peaceful, Perfect!

"We absolutely loved our entire experience at Los Pericos! The owner, the property managers, the house staff, the house itself, the location... overall, just a five star experience! The house is quiet with a private pool that has shade all day long. The outdoor eating area was a bonus. Located outside of busy Guiones,(7 min golf cart ride) yet a short walk to Playa Pelada, and just a few minutes more to hop over to Guiones through the trails. Close to a few great restaurants, El Chivo, Pepperoni, Lunas and Olgas right on the beach. Just down the hill from Nosara Functional Fitness. It's out of the busy area, so its quiet, yet you have everything you need right there! The house itself was very accommodating for all of our needs. Comfy beds, nice a/c units, wonderful kitchen, loads of towels and linens. And the howler monkeys were a real treat! Overall, we loved this house, location and all the people that we interacted with before, throughout, and after our stay! Thanks everyone for making our experience so enjoyable, we will definitely be back!"

"Had an incredible visit to Costa Rica, and finding this jewel was the frosting on the cake! This spacious condo is a perfect floorplan for families, or couples to share with split bedroom areas. Ron was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area, and sent us to wonderful beaches, restaurants, and places to enjoy the sunsets. We loved swimming in the Beachclub's beautiful facilities, and even in the largest pool in Central America! I met couples who have returned to Reserva Conchal for many years. The staff, townspeople, and neighbors were very friendly and helpful. I would love to return!!!!!"

  • Great Family Vacation House

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Sand Dollar Cove beach house. We wanted a more remote location to get away from most of the touristy beaches in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Pat and Chello who help care for the property were great. It is a bit off the beaten path but we found it worth the drive if you can stay for several days to relax and enjoy. The house was right on the beach and quite isolated, there were very few people on the beach so it really felt like a family get-away. The house had some boogy boards and sand toys we enjoyed playing with. The beach was fun to explore, tide pools and sand crabs to watch. We were woken up to monkeys most mornings and enjoyed the feeling of being away from it all. The house is simple and nice, not a real luxury-type house but for the location it was nice. We enjoyed the back porch and balcony to see the beach, enjoyed reading in the hammocks and reclining chairs. We would advise bringing some insect repellent, we loved to eat outside and the bugs were out. We enjoyed some of the local restaurants and shopped in San Francisco de Coyote for food as well. We bought some local fresh fish that was great. We did not explore any further than about 10km North or South as we just enjoyed the beach. Overall we enjoyed the stay and for a remote low-key location would consider staying again."

  • Lovely condo, outstanding location, great owners

"This location and condo is the hidden gem of Costa Rica! I almost don't want to post this because I don't want others to find this amazing location, Flamingo Beach. This condo unit is very open, spacious, clean, comfortable. It has all of the amenities you need for kids and/or adults. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've been to in Costa Rica, and I've travelled throughout the country. The nearby restaurants are good, the pool is convenient, and you can hike in so many different directions. It's also a short drive from Tamarindo, which is where I went for shopping and a busier scene. As an added bonus, the owners were very helpful with all my questions prior to my visit. And thank goodness, the internet speed was fast too!"
