  • Amazing

"My wife and 4 adult children just returned from Costa Rica, staying 5 nights at Villa Encantada. When we first arrived, we were all so impressed. As each day passed, we just kept liking and appreciating your place more and more. The Villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. There was nothing I could think of that wasn't there at our disposal. It's perfect for 3 couples or a family with children. The pool feels like a private oasis. It is private and wonderfully tropical. It was equally refreshing at early morning, mid day or late night. The villa is located across the street from beach access, but not really a swimming area, it's too rocky. However, the sunset is amazing, so bring a cocktail and enjoy. The Langosta Beach Club is about a 10 minute walk down the road. We saw many many monkeys each day while strolling to the Club where you can swim, surf, eat, drink, walk. It is a great perk to have access to the Club. We spent many hours enjoying it's beauty. The people of Costa Rica are very accommodating and friendly. The town of Tamarindo is small, laid back and very safe. We all felt very comfortable there. I'd also like to highlight how efficient and responsive RPM, the management company , was to us. Well done. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We travel a lot, we have rented many times. I would rate this property at the top of our list."

  • Great get away

"This was an awesome getaway for some friends from San Jose. Great view of the Pacific Ocean. Everyone was so nice. From Abraham, even thought we only saw him once when he showed us the house, to Issac who was around doing yard work, to even the cleaning crew. It was like seeing our own family here at the house when we met all the people who worked around the house to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will go back in a minute. Also the facility in the hotel is awesome. We ordered a cake for one of the nights and they comply with our request without a hesitation. It was awesome. The local grocery store is just a moms and pops place. But they are very helpful and are willing to accommodate your request. I ordered a Flor de Cana 18 years and within hours they went and got me a couple of bottles. House was immaculate. Ice machine was not working. But we in province, we made our own."

  • Casa Sereno, perfect vacation home

"My wife and I stayed here the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it. The back yard is definitely the nicest of all the homes in this gated community. The outdoor showers are pretty cool too. A quick thank you to Bob, Stefano and Juan! Exceptional customer service above and beyond what I've experienced in my other travels. Whatever you need they will take care of it. We followed the recommendation of another person's post regarding the air conditioners. They are not USA units so they are not built to run constantly. We left the units off until we went to bed. The bedrooms cool down in a matter of 10 minutes. So don't run the units all day because they'll most likely crap out. We never had a problem with our units while the neighbors did because they ran them non-stop. And you don't need them during the day because even though it was 90 degrees outside it was never that hot at the house with all of the tree cover. The breeze created by opening all of the pocket doors was fantastic. It is only an 8 minute walk down to the Langosta Beach Club or a 15 minute walk into town. We ended up spending a lot of time closer to the house because of the amenities nearby. We ate a lot at Cala Luna or Capitan Suiza which were on either side of the gated community. The food at these two hotels was exceptional. We were able to eat at a table on the beach twice at Captian Suiza. I highly recommend! What's also convenient is the little shop right across the street where you can book tours like zip line or buggies. The buggies were fantastic and be sure to request the muddy route. Don't miss the ice cream that they have in the shop as well. Very rich and creamy. My wife also enjoyed the coffee here morning or afternoon. $2 coffee or ice cream. Sure beats making your own or walking in to town. If you want to avoid the busier Tamarindo beach in front of the beach club then walk up towards Langosta Beach and follow a trail down to the water. Very quiet and exceptional beach. I would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Costa Rica. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion away from the busy town of Tamarindo."
