  • Nice comfortable condo.

"We loved how this condo was not right in coco which made for quiet evenings to relax after days filed with hiking and scuba diving. Close enough to walk to town and the beach. Great pool. Tito was awesome and very helpful with our stay."

  • Christmas at Crystal Sands

"We took our 3 millennials, plus a boyfriend. This condo is awesome! Condo and views are amazing! Pictures don't do it justice. The furnishings and kitchen set up are very impressive! The management office people, RPM, were so friendly and helpful! They helped with day trips, restaurant recommendations, etc. Great walks on the beach. The wild life was amazing. Great local fair/market on Wednesdays and Saturdays down the road. We went to Playa Avellenas for lunch at Lolas and playing soccer on the beach with locals (Ticos), bogey boarding in Tamarindo and down the beach from the condo, zip lining, Estuary tours in Tamarindo and Palos Verdes National Forest, snorkeling in Playa Conchell and horseback riding on trails and the beach on Christmas Day. Grocery stores are close for at home cooking when we wanted. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can't wait to go back!"

  • Perfect month!

"We just returned from a wonderful month in this Nosara condo. It was our second visit and we hope to return next year. Mary and Shep made sure we had everything we needed - a reliable water source, a/c throughout plus ceiling fans in each room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with new sheets, washer/dryer availability inc detergent. But best of all were the blue skies, beaches that extend for miles, a beautiful pool where friends gathered every day, flowering gardens, crazy bird songs...a bit of paradise. Good restaurants within walking distance and in nearby Playa Guiones. Best to have a car to explore the area, like Marbella, Samara, San Juanillo. Monteverde is about 3.5 hrs by car, Liberia about 2 hrs. Be prepared for hot, sunny weather in Jan and Feb. Love this place, the people, the relaxed, easy going vibe - pura vida at its best."

  • Amazing House! Amazing Experience!

"We had heard so much about Hacienda Pinilla from our friends who go there all the time that we finally decided to go....and boy are we glad we did! Bruce had told us that this house was just finished and we were the first people that would stay there so we weren't sure what to expect. in fact, he told us that due to the heavy rains, it did not even have the landscaping in yet. We booked the house anyway and were so glad we did! it was so beautiful inside, and had everything that we could possibly need. It was even better than we had hoped...tropical luxury for sure! I can only imagine how much prettier it will be when the landscaping is in. Every day it seemed we discovered more and more about the area that made us want to come back. wether it was the monkeys everyday in the trees around the house, the beautiful beaches and waves filled with surfers, or the mango and rum smoothies at the beach club, it seemed that everyday was better than the next. Bruce and his staff were always available to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us book a fishing trip of a lifetime (caught 8 tuna!). We would recommend this property to anyone who wants a dream vacation and we will definitely be back as soon as we can. Lola's was our favorite place to relax and eat and Villa Daveena's in nearby Playa Negra was by far our favorite dinner restaurant. definitely a must if you love great food and great service! the kitchen in the house was first class too, so eating at home was just as nice. we went to nearby Tamarindo (10 min away) and they had a great store that we could get all the necessities for home meals. thanks again to Bruce, and we can't wait to come back!"
