                                                                                                      We were very happy that we took a chance on accomodations out of the ordinary for our trip. Upon arrival we were greeted by Janet and Nick and made to feel at home right away. They invited us for dinner so we didn't need to go out and eat. We had just done a 4.5 hour drive from the airport and it was the start of the Easter holidays which is a very crazy time involving a lot to Costa Ricans (ticos) flocking to the area beaches and camping for free. There was also some food and beverage staples to get us started. Zuri the Ridgeback and Delgado the mighty tiger adopted us right away. We mentioned we wanted to go snorkelling so Nick took us on a golf cart tour of where to go which was really appreciated. One day after Nick had done a charter he gave us a King fish for our dinner which was really good. We wanted to go on a wildlife trek so Janet suggested and arranged for us to go with Omar who is a short drive away in Manzanillo. We were really happy that we did that he is knowledgable (20 years experience) and worth using him as a guide if you are interested he's under Bucus tours in things to do in Manzanillo. The only thing we could suggest is to bring some sort of entertainment like games or books etc. If your looking for an awesome place to stay I would definitely recommend Angeler's Lair you won't be disappointed.
