  • Wonderful Owners and Condo

"Sherri was great to communicate with. This was my first time using VRBO, and she responded quickly and ensured all my questions were answered. The condo was clean and spacious. I really appreciated having two bathrooms for my guests and myself to use. It came in very handy when having to shower and get ready after a day at the beach. And WOW - the location was absolutely perfect! Walking out to the beach and hear the waves crashing each morning was a great way to start the day. The property was very well maintained, and all the individuals who worked there greeted me with a smile. The concierge was excellent and assisted me in booking my tours and shuttle. All in all, it was a perfect stay in Jaco and will return to this place in the future!"

  • Surfer's Paradise

"We stayed at 2 of Faith's properties in Jaco Beach, and loved both. Bahia Azul is a surfer's dream. This penthouse has a roof top deck that makes every care in my world disappear. Unlike several of the other's we looked at on VRBO , this one is the FRONT building, nothing between you and the sand... I read the review before and wonder if the woman actually stayed in this condo? We thought it was cute, clean, nicely furnished and no problems with anything being worn out. Linens, towels, bedding all in good condition and a fully equipped kitchen for our family of 4. My wife and kids loved the huge pool and kiddie pool. I surfed right out front when we had the waves. Other times, the surf was perfect for family swimming. Definitely recommend this condo for our family and friends. We rented a car, but realized it was not necessary in Jaco. Faith is really on the ball, and was there in 10 minutes when my daughter needed floaties and was a huge source of info for what we wanted to see and do on our vacation."

  • Great place

"This was a great condo with awesome views of the ocean. The owner offered personal support and provided information on a driver that was awesome to work with. The town is a short $2 cab ride away or you can walk the beach down. The condo was very clean and very comfortable for the four of us staying."

  • Great Accommodations in Costa Rica!

"Our family of three including one teenager, spent a wonderful week at this property. We were a bit leery to book with some of the reviews we read, but glad we went with the majority of the reviews and gave this property a try! It far exceeded our expectations! But here are a few specifics: 1.) Patri, the property manager, is a HUGE plus for travellers and this property. We had some "issues" getting to CR, and she was a tremendous help to get these straightened out. She could help us with some local arrangements, and saved us from what could have been a "rough" start on our vacation. Then she helped a lot with making arrangements for ziplines, ATV tours, directions, restaurant recommendations, anything and everything! She is worth booking this home for just for her knowledge and abilities! 2.) The property. Like everyone says "it is not the Ritz". No kidding, look at the rate. Regardless though, it is clean, everything functions, the pool was great, the air conditioning worked perfect, the kitchen was nice, the grounds well kept up, and the beds comfortable. I travel for a living and have been in 5-star hotels that can't claim all of that! 3.) Comments of highway noise. The main highway is 100 yards (330M) from the home. Sometimes during the day the traffic is busy and the noise level higher. At night, a lot less traffic and minimal noise. I personally did not lose any sleep over it (literally) and don't feel it's that big of a deal. Sitting in the pool or on the back terrace during the day, I never thought about it either. If you're a super light sleeper or use to zero noise, you might find it a factor. 4.) The beach. It's not the white sand of tourist brochures. The water is brown from the estuary. But it is clean and many were out there swimming. The sound at night was perfect, and the almond trees in back attract the macaws at 7am. All-in-all, it was a great trip and an excellent location . We went to Manuel Antonio Park (1.5 hr drive), Zipline 15 minutes, great beaches 15 minutes away, large grocery store 20 minutes, National Park 5 minutes away. Driving time to SJO Airport was about 90 minutes and directions were easy."
