  • Great stay in Parrita

"The property was exactly as promised. In the mornings we got to enjoy the cutest little monkeys playing in the backyard. Initially we had a hard time finding it but other than that it was fantastic! Great value for the cost!"

  • Great property in secluded Palo Seco Beach

"My husband and I enjoyed staying here and will be back. Tres Amigos is comprised of three homes and we stayed in the middle, white villa closest to the pool. The landscape is beautiful here and very secluded. On the back of the property is a river/mangroves and mountains seen in the distance. From the front, the homes overlook the ocean. You must drive about 20 minutes down a dirt road to reach the villas. The caretakers live on the property in a small home and helped us with anything we needed. While we were there, a small construction crew was building two stilted porches to overlook the ocean from a better height than the homes. I wish they were completed when we visited so we could have enjoyed them. Overall our stay was great and a big thanks to Jay, the owners son for answering all questions so promptly."

  • I want to give this property more than 5 stars

"What a wonderful experience! Natalie the property manager was happy to greet us and presented us with a welcome gift of homemade quiche, salad and beer. After a long, tiring drive from La Fortuna, our group of 5 adults arrived too tired to think about looking for dining options so this was greatly appreciated. The house is spectacular! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, balconies on every side of the house to view wildlife, fully equipped kitchen and a huge gas grill to cook whatever fish you catch from going out on a charter boat. This property is so nice, we opted to spend a whole day of our action-packed vacation just to chill in the swimming pool. Not only did Natalie welcome us, she also assisted in arranging a tour of Manuel Antonio National Park with a reputable guide who turned out to be terrific. Additionally, Tamara the housekeeper did a great job and was ready to do a big pile of our laundry when we first arrived and again before we left. Seriously, there is nothing negative I can say about the property or those we interacted with to make this stay happen. I will mention that a 4WD vehicle isn't necessary to get to this house but it makes the drive a bit easier. Also, be sure to close up the massive sliding doors at night when you go to bed or you may have kitchen visitors like we did! Nothing terrible but they (we assume raccoons) did find the kitchen trash can and made a mess. Bedrooms are air conditioned, common areas are not but we didn't mind because... cool drinks and a perfect swimming pool. The views from this house will capture your attention for hours. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Actually, I don't think I would even look around. This is the place."

  • Vacation of a lifetime

"Our experience at Jungle Creek was fantastic. We were greeted by Ellie when we arrived and she made sure everything was perfect as we settled in. We rented a car and explored the area on our own, but also booked several tours through Clark and Paula. Every tour we took was amazing and totally worth the money. We enjoyed the safety and proximity of Jungle Creek to the beaches and all attractions. We also enjoyed the serenity of the facility after a long day at the beach. Clark and Paula were very helpful and we would definitely return to Jungle Creek and Costa Rica."
