"My family and I are still at the house yet I felt compelled to write a review right away.
The house is awesome, comfortable, spacious with all the creature comfort one can desire. Staff is available yet invisible, location perfect! kids loved the pool and slide and the fast wifi (unfortunately, lol.)
Saw white faced monkeys on the trees right next to house, watched a sloth across the house for hours, admired the myriad of butterflies that fly around the pool, watched the macaws screech as they flew by displaying their beautiful plumage.
House is halfway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park so every attraction and shopping is close by (Check out the Pescaderias downtown, excellent fresh fish at reasonable prices) . Tons of great restaurants with stunning views for sunsets but we cooked in most nights. Kitchen was functional with plenty plates, cups and utensils to feed an army.
Please read the description carefully, I know it's hard to visualize the words but it is exactly as described!
Would highly recommend."

"We stayed in Tom's Shana Condo #310 the first week of June. Upon opening the front door on the evening of our arrival we knew it was going to be a special trip. The condo is nicer than portrayed in the pictures and very clean. The dual master layout is ideal for families or a couples vacation offering privacy and a comfortable place to retreat. We were very happy to find the condo fully equipped with anything you might need during your stay - even had umbrellas sitting at the ready by the front door. The furnishings are quality items and clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The concierge Vanessa was incredibly helpful all the weeks leading up to the trip and during our stay. All her recommendations were spot on and she was able to secure reservations for popular tourist attractions the same day. Vanessa stopped by on our first day and filled our counter with fresh fruits which we converted into smoothies the following mornings. We had a minor technical issue on day 3 and Vanessa got it resolved the same day while we were out. The views from the condo and deck are outstanding and since we were not in high season very private. Our favorite times to be on the deck were the evenings as the rain and thunderstorms rolled in. Nature at it's finest! The location is excellent and within a few minutes drive to many outstanding restaurants and sights. The property sits on a steep hillside so if you're walking be sure to bring good footwear.
Restaurants we highly recommend (that Vanessa clued us into) that are casual and reasonably priced.
Barba Roja - great ceviche and my kids say the burgers are very good.
Ronny´s Place - on the top of a hill on a gravel road. Wide open (no walls) with great views. Very good food and friendly staff!
Raphael´s Terrazas - one of our best meals of the trip!
El Avión - very fun atmosphere and outstanding views. The food is good but not memorable.
Emilio´s Cafe -- on the same street as the condo. Best coffee (iced) we ever had. Food is beyond good. We took a vote and decided to eat there again for dinner on our last night in M.A.
Thanks again Vanessa and Tom. We hope to visit you again in the coming years!"

"Yes, we had to name or "guard dog" at Villa Titi! This place was fantastic, we really had a great time. Iguanas about, monkeys in the trees and numerous other creatures complete the beautiful grounds. All the basic amenities you would need are at Villa Titi. The adjacent hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, but we were fortunate enough to be spoiled by Rosa to book our excursions. Nearby there are many restaurants to choose from, our favorite being El Avion, just across the street. The perfect place for a meal, or just a drink to sit out a thundershower. Also, we would recommend Gaia Hotel and Restaurant for a cocktail, dinner and a panoramic sunset view. We had a rental car half of the time, but the rest we relied on the ease of the buses and taxis. Lack of sidewalks can be a bit of a challenge, especially in the evening, but use your phone flashlight of bring one. Our tours were all brilliant! Rafting, zip-lining and catamaran. What a wonderful vacation, we have many fond memories and hope to return someday.

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property near Manuel Antonio. It's located about halfway between the small town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio national park. The unit is not fancy, but comfortable and nicely decorated with lots of wood providing a warm feel. The upstairs bedroom is very large, but the downstairs is small with just room for a full-size bed. It was fine for my wife and I and our two daughters. It has two patios (a large one downstairs with a BBQ and a smaller one off the upstairs bedroom). Katherine was a very nice hostess. She lives nearby and is available to help with anything you need. The complex is lush and spread out. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is very nice and there are fruit trees (mango, papaya, coconut, starfruit, plantain) throughout. The best thing was the abundant wildlife. We saw squirrel monkeys (and fed them by hand, although I suppose we weren't supposed to), white-faced monkeys, iguanas, and macaws. I was even woken up from an afternoon nap by banging on the window. When I looked to see what the commotion was, there was a pair of toucans on the balcony. We found a great hiking trail through the jungle nearby with giant bamboo and a waterfall. We went to El Avion (a restaurant built around an old airplane) twice. It has a great view and we dined with sloths just off the restaurant balcony on our second trip. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends."
