  • Pet Photography Crew - Barkarica!

"The trip to Costa Rica was awesome and our stay at Casa De Las Brisas was the icing on the cake. Having a full time kitchen staff for three meals a day and a daily cleaning staff made the trip so easy. The pools at the house were amazing and we enjoyed our time lounging on the numerous decks and hammocks all around the house. We had made arrangements for some excursions ahead of time but Valerie assisted us in booking additional surfing lessons and was very helpful. Thanks again for everything!"

  • Gorgeous View!

"This house is amazing! Super relaxing, close to a lot of shops and places to eat! The beach is a hike-but the public bus will take you for about a $1 (American money). If you plan on utilizing the hammock, use bug spray! The check-in time is on point. We arrived early due to our shuttle and we could not gain access to the house until the mentioned time. So plan for that! Head to the National Park for an outstanding walk through nature!"

  • Awesome vacation!!

"I didn't think this would be the case, but the pictures actually do not do the villa justice!!! What a great vacation we had over Christmas 2016! The house is in a beautiful setting, overlooking the Pacific and surrounded by the jungle. While you can see a lot of incredible wildlife at nearby Manuel Antonio park, we saw some of the most amazing things right from the poolside! From sloths, to 3 different types of monkeys, toucans, and a huge variety of birds ... all while floating around in the pool. There are lots of good restaurants around and a couple of small supermarkets on top of the hill. The path near the house that heads to the beach is steep (especially going back up), but it brings you to the best end of the beach where there are great waves to play in, and palm trees to relax under. I won't deny that there was a lot of walking up steep hills, but using the pools or the ocean to cool off in is just awesome! You can also avoid climbing back up to the house from the beach by catching a local bus (for 60 cents) up to the top of the hill, then walking down to the villa. We did this when we were feeling lazy :) . Chris, the concierge, was super helpful and one of the friendliest Costa Ricans you'll ever meet. I highly recommend this villa. We were a large family group, and it was nice to have this villa as our starting point for adventures in the area, and for some quality family time."
