  • Pura Vida Relaxation

"Escape to Pura Vida .The Santa Teresa Beaches just right outside the property were beautiful to enjoy a morning walk into town or amazing sunset.. The Bungalows were a great setting with a shared kitchen area which our group of 7 were able to come together and relax and cook our meals. The property manager Yadira , was great and gave some great suggestions for local restaurants and shopping.. The howler Monkeys' greeted us every morning,as well as the sweet sound of the birds and crackling approach of iguanas and as well as the squirrels hopping about. We had a nice time and enjoyed the life of relaxation."

  • Fantastic! A Perfect House And a Perfect Location!

"Where do I start...? Easy to book with owner, they actually called me soon after my inquiry about the house since I had a lot of questions. It was so much easier to talk to someone directly rather that keep writing emails. The house is gorgeous! The location is one of the best on the bay! It is perfect for a large group. We travelled with another family, and had 6 kids ranging from 11-17 with us. The layout of the house provides privacy for everyone, and the master bedrooms are located away from the common areas so they are very quiet. The master beds are SUPER comfy! Loved the HUGE bathroom and safe. Kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and gadgets to make meal preparation a breeze! The pool was used daily, and there is plenty of patio furniture for naps or just relaxing and reading a good book. Surfing is fantastic right in front of the house (we stayed there in late November), and we saw several of the locals surfing there daily, including Ugo, who was our 'concierge' while in Costa Rica. If we needed dinner recommendations, tour recommendations, a meal prepared at the house, Ugo was always there to help. We rented ATVs for the duration of our stay, and I highly recommend it, although it's not necessary if you don't mind walking to restaurants etc. There is a grocery store a two minute walk from the house, very handy. Kids loved going there if we needed something. Several other stores are located a little further away, and the ATVs came handy for that as well. We flew into San Jose, and chartered a private plane with Carmon Air to take us to Tambor. This was one of the highlights of the trips for the kids. The cost for the 10 of us was only a tad more than a regular scheduled flights. Very convenient and easy way to get to Tambor which is the closest airport to Santa Teresa. We are all hoping to go back to this gorgeous house sometime soon."

  • Amazing spot

"We rented this house with another family and can't say enough great things about it. The amenities were perfect. The location (and view) was amazing. The staff/owners were gracious and attentive and I'd STRONGLY recommend this to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in the rustic reality of CR!"

  • Beautiful home, beautiful views, best sunsets

"We were a group of two families, 4 adults and 5 children, looking to escape the cold and craziness that ensues at the holidays and we certainly did in Santa Teresa. One of our favorite features of Casa Infinity is the outdoor living space. It has an oversized porch that allows for dining for up to 12 as well as cozy couches and hammocks. The infinity pool is the perfect size and the kids certainly got a lot of use of it. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table. The first day we arrived we were greeted by Glori (house manager) and Gretel (housekeeper). We can't say enough about their sincerity and attentiveness to anything we needed. Glori took care of arranging excursions as well as excellent recommendations on restaurants (the food down here is amazing by the way) and Gretel was there every morning with a smile. We were originally concerned that we would miss being right on the beach, but found the location up in the hills to be perfect! The wild life (howler monkeys, iguanas and aardvarks to name a few) kept us engaged in the jungle around us. The sunsets were absolutely amazing and the short drive down to the beach was just that, short. It was a nice escape to return to our "treehouse" each day. We highly recommend the horseback riding in Hermosa, Canopy Tours in Mal Pais, Day Charter with Miquele to go snorkeling and exploring around Tortuga and of course surfing. The two older boys enjoyed the challenge of the waves and seemed to enjoy Banana Beach best. Pura Vida!"
