  • Incredible First Time at Casa Celestial

"This was our first time visiting Costa Rica. We visited from April 13th to the 23rd. We were lucky enough to have picked this property for our first stay. We rented an SUV 4x4 for the trip which was definitely needed for climbing up the mountain to arrive at the property. It can also come in handy for picking up things from the store/town. From the moment of arrival we were in complete awe of how gorgeous the view was from the house. The property is equipped with 4 spacious bedrooms on two levels. There was a TV room upstairs with a nice LCD TV if you wanted to get cozy and watch a movie. We, however, only used it one night as we were either out to dinner or lounging in the pool. The infinity pool was definitely the place that we spent most of our time as the temperatures can get quite hot and it's a great escape from the heat. The property also comes with a perfectly equipped kitchen wiht marble counter tops and modern stainless appliances. We went to large grocery store approximately 30 mins away by car to get most of our food. Every night we cooked up a feast! Outside we also have a charcoal grill, which was fantastic for dinner barbecues. We bought some local tiger shrimps and cooked up a feast! Outside we have a gorgeous Palapa, so if you want to have a nice dinner/breakfast with the fam, you can cook up your food and head up to eat in style with a gorgeous view. Going into a air bnb can be quite scary only knowing what the space looks like from photos. I can assure you that this property totally exceeded what we saw in photos. Were already trying to plan another adventure out to this fantastic spot. Highly recommended to anyone who has never been or just want to try a new spot. If you have any questions, feel free to PM!"

  • Gorgeous Retreat

"We traveled to Casa Smith this passed March Break and were blown away by the beauty of the property and upkeep, it looks exactly like it does in the photos when you arrive and like the other reviews, much wildlife right off the balcony! We traveled with our 11 year old daughter, and 12 and 16 year old boys and enjoyed every minute. Surfing and boogy boarding in Jaco was amazing were you could also rent umbrellas and sun chairs. We also visited the rainfall and hiked up and swam in the water there which is so close to the Casa, and toured the 'crocodile' bridge close by. We hiked into Carrera National Park and we in awe of the playing monkeys (capuchins) and entertained with them eating bananas! We ziplined in near Jaco as well on 12 different lines coming down the mountaint- only about 25 minute drive away as well. So much to do and see, or just relax by your very private pool ( which was cleaned twice while we were there) Calm serenity or adventure, whatever you desire is at your fingertips! Pura Vida! Thanks so much for all your help Ron!"

"Casa Amarilla is an absolute gem, we couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice. Everything was exactly as described, and we swam in the ocean right outside the house - the water was so warm! Patri, Jarra and Elbi were so helpful, answered all of our questions immediately and Jarra cut coconuts for us and taught us how to BBQ fish in a banana leaf, delicious! The property was clean, had everything we needed and was very quaint. The location was ideal, quiet but only half an hour to Jaco, close to the fishing village for anything we needed. We were going to do the crocodile tour but ended up saving the money and seeing lots just standing on the bridge instead! Every time we went anywhere, we were so glad to be coming back to our little paradise at the end of the day. I would DEFINITELY recommend this spot, and we will be back! Thank you Patri!"

  • Beautiful Home, Beautiful Costa Rica

"We were blessed with a trip to Costa Rica and Casa Tica Linda this year. Costa Rica is beautiful beyond description. Fantastic mountains, rainforest, beaches, rivers, wildlife and wonderful people who were kind and generous with their time. We had a great adventure each day. Sightseeing, ziplining, crocodiles, good food and the beaches. A short drive to the town of Jaco for shopping or a little nightlife. Each evening we were able to come back to Tica Linda for relaxation. Tica Linda is a beautiful home inside and out. The living and kitchen area are large with a great view of the wildlife front and back. The backyard offers a private pool and river runs behind it. If you are patient, the toucan and the scarlet macaw “Lapa” or even an iguana can be seen from the backyard. Three separate suites make it a perfect place for three couples to stay comfortably. Everything you need to feel like you are home."
