  • Loved it.

"Thank you so much for all you did for us. Youir condo is so warm, inviting and lacked nothing. We loved everything about it. The howler monkeys greeted us when we arrived. We could walk into Tamarindo and one day we walked south to Lolas it was an amazing hike. The area was very quiet and we all felt very safe even walking at night. The beaches were amazing. Thanks also to the managers of the property who did everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Thank you so much Clem and Kellie for sharing your wonderful home with us. Sara"

  • Beautiful Grounds & View

"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Vista very much. The view by the pool is stunningly beautiful. Diane & Peter are wonderful hosts. They will help you with planning tours or just be there for a chat. It's nice to know if you need anything they are always there to help. There was one little issue which really wasn't too much a big deal. We had booked a different cabin/casita, the one with the view but unfortunately we couldn't stay there because of construction. Diane did put us in a different cabin which was larger but it didn't have the wonderful view like the one we had originally booked. The pool area was lovely, we definitely took advantage cooling off in the pool after a hot day touring. The weather was prefect but definitely keep in mind during the dry season it gets really hot! We kept busy everyday, there are many things to do and wonderful places to eat. We found many beaches with no one on them and others that were somewhat crowded so don't be afraid to venture off the main road. Our stay was for 18 days, lots of time to get to know the area and time to chill. During our stay the area hosts a big festival called Envision. It definitely changes the feel of the area. It was much busier and the beaches at times were crowed. So if you decide to go to the South Pacific/Domincal area in late February and don't want the crowds you may want to double check the dates of this festival/Envision. If we had known we would have definitely avoided staying in that area. You definitely need a 4WD! Don't even try to get there without one. But once you get to the top and see the view you will see it's all worth it. So just go with it and enjoy the adventure. Diane & Peter have a wonderful dog, Kirby that I fell in love with, so very cute. You won't have any regrets staying at Casa Vista, you will just have great memories that will stay with you for many years. Thanks to Diane, Peter & Kirby for making our stay a wonderful experience."

  • Fantastic!!!

"Amazing property. Spent 4 nights in this gorgeous house and I couldn't be more satisfied! The house is well located into the hill of Manuel Antonio; is very big ( se were a large group of Friends ) but still cosy and nice surrounded by the jungle. Carmen, the housekeeper was such a nice lady that made sure to always keep the house clean and fresh!! I really recommend this place first of all for the actual place and secondly for the people that manage the property like Jeff!! You Will love it here!"

  • Relax , local and beautiful

"My boyfrind and I stayed 5 nights in this charming little casa. It was perfect. It is near the beach (5 minutes walk), near the mini-markets and it is not really touristic. You feel like you are a local, you feel good. Everyone is friendly. The house is small, but you have everything that you need, plus you have everynight a beautiful sunset. Prieta beach (5 minutes) is totally beautiful and Penca beach (5 minutes) is perfect to watch the sunset during swiming in the pacifical waves. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom is charming with the A/C. Josepha, the caretaker who lives close to the casa, is really kind, helpful and she will help you to learn more spanish words! We could stay many more weeks here. I recommend it for a couple or for a small family. we will come back."
