  • Great option on the Osa

"We had a great experience at Tres Palmas. Beautiful location, great accommodations, and all the amenities you need for a memorable beach/jungle vacation. We were a party of eight- all family members ranging from young adults to grandma. Brad, the property manager works with you to arrange flights, car rentals, excursions and meals. This was our second trip to the Osa this year and we will be back again, I am sure. So much natural beauty, so many animals, such a welcoming place! And Tres Palmas is a perfect base from which to launch your daily adventures! In fact, just getting there is an adventure. We cannot wait to come back."

  • Love Tarcoles Costa Rica

"We have been staying at this villa for over 14 years. We were again here in November and feels like home. Everything is in place, clean, flowers in the rooms, towels made up of animals such as swans. All bedding, dishes, towels supplied. Patricia is the property manager and does an excellent job of making you feel welcome and is there to help for groceries, booking excursions, helping with taxis, etc. We love the freedom of being able to walk outside and pick a mango off the tree, or a cashew fruit, walk to the corner store, or walk to the restaurant, there is also at the end of the road fresh fish to buy. The Macaws are always present in the almond trees, iquanas roam freely. Renting a home you really get to experience the feel of Costa Rica. We love it, and cant Thank Patricia and staff for a fabulous 10 days again this year. See you next year."

  • A beautiful house in a great location everything we had hoped for and more.

"We really enjoyed our stay here and the only complaint I have is that we didn't stay long enough. It's central location made it possible for us to travel up and down the southern Pacific coast and is just a minute or two from both the beach and the highway. A short drive north and you are in Jaco a great town well known for its beaches and surfing and 30 minutes south and you are in Manuel Antonio State park (I hope I spelled that right). The manager Claudette was very accommodating and always willing to work around our schedule and answered every question (we had a lot since we are moving to Costa Rica) accurately and honestly which was very helpful. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting either a nice relaxing stay or wanting to see the south pacific coast of Costa Rica. Thank you Claudette for everything we are looking forward to our long term stay in the area."

  • Beautiful home in Manuel Antonio away from it all

"My wife, eight year old son and I stayed at Casa Gina from 3/25-3/31/2016 and it is a wonderful home. Situated atop a high hill in a nice gated community you feel secluded, but you're only 2 minutes away from restaurants, sights and beaches. The home is well appointed, very clean and large enough to accommodate 6 very comfortably. You have all the comforts of home with washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, pool, safe and alarm. They have an always hot hot water system that some complained about, and at first we agreed until we figured out to keep the handles about middle and the water will stay a pretty constant warm...otherwise you will cycle between extreme heat and then cold water. My one complaint is the wifi, it is very slow and only allows for checking email, sending text messages (no pictures in those) and maybe doing some light web browsing, but don't expect pages to load quickly. Also, don't expect to stream anything either, it was enough for what we needed, but had hoped for a slightly faster connection. You can expect to see sloths, monkeys, iguanas and lots of birds in the back yard, which was nice when we'd relax at the pool. Tip, if you are going to do any tours of any kind, they will usually pick you up right from the house or at least the front gate of the community saving you from having to find places there, which is not always easy since many streets don't have signs in CR. Take the ATV tour to Rainmaker, its a great area and has a local brewery there serving fantastic beer. Gary and Gina were very easy to work with and Jeannette and Carlos (the local contacts in Costa Rica) were great. We would definitely go back again and recommend this place to anyone!!"
