  • Best vacation getaway ever!

"Thirteen of us stayed at Casa Las Brisas, and all of us want to go back! It was by far the most enjoyable time we've ever had. The villa was everything we expected and more. Our chefs, Marco and his assistant, Jorge, were more than willing to cook anything we wanted, and they did! The food was five star, cooked to perfection, and always more than we could eat. No one ever went hungry! Marta, our housekeeper, was over the top accommodating and made us all feel special and so welcome. We became so close to them, it was really sad to leave. Our host, Ricky, scheduled whatever activity we were interested in, from ziplining to parasailing, to catamaran trips, you name it, we did it, and he made it easy. We all agree that we would love to go back. Not just to Costa Rica, but to Casa Las Brisas and the wonderful staff!"

  • Great condo with full resort amenities at Crocs!

"We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is great. Plenty of space and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. Eileen was very helpful and the list of recommendations was spot on. Graffiti, Lemon Zest, Amancio's, and the Green Room were highlights. We booked a day to Tortuga Island through lost beach and would do it again. Our rental car was perfect as we went down to Quepos one day to white water raft (I highly recommend) and another day to go on the Monkey Tour and Manuel Antonio park. We did not have a bad meal in Jaco and had fun in the city. We enjoyed the Croc's pool and service at the resort. This was the perfect setup - a great condo with plenty of space, with a full resort to use next door. We did not take him up on the offer since we stocked the fridge, but our pool waiter from Croc's offered to deliver food and drinks to the condo. The beach is really dark, but still nice and we spent time in the water. Thanks Eileen (and Joe) - we had a fantastic family vacation."

  • Relaxed Luxury!!

"The Beach Estates was as beautiful as the pictures. We were definitely not disappointed. We used the private air charter from San Jose to Tambor. I highly recommend this. It was an amazing experience and the looks on my family's as we took off were priceless. There is a $2.50 tax per person when you land and take off in Santa Teresa so be be prepared to pay it. We had some confusion because the person collecting said 250 per person so we thought it was $250 per person. We resolved that quickly. We had Chef Alex cook for us twice during our stay. It was wonderful. The first time on the night of our arrival was especially relaxing after a day of travel. We sat poolside and relaxed while our wonderful meal was prepared. Johnny, our concierge, was amazing! He arranged everything for us while there. Of the activities that we did, I would recommend the beachside horse back riding, the yoga, massage, and surf lessons. We had bad experiences with the Tortuga Island tour (not the fault of The Beach Estates staff) so we would skip that if we were to return. We had been advised to limit the cash we brought with us by friends that travelled to Costa Rica in the past. That was a mistake. The ATM in Santa Teresa will only let you withdraw $100 per day. Johnny was able to assist me with going to the bank to get a larger withdrawal. The fees were extremely high though. Just be aware and bring all of the cash with you that you will need for the trip. My only small complaint about our stay was with towel service from the housekeepers. We started out with 9 guests but only had 7 towels. You also have to pay extra to have towels exchanged daily. We asked for this towel service but never really got it. It would have been nice to have fresh clean towel each day, but we survived. I would definitely book here again if we return to Costa Rica!"

  • Honeymoon in paradise!

"Staying in this treehouse was a dream come true. My husband and I have always wanted a treehouse, so to stay in one in the middle of the jungle on our honeymoon was amazing. It is so cozy and comfortable. It gives you a home away from home feel, but in the trees! The family was so nice and welcoming. You are surronded by beautiful jungle and you are just a walk from the beach. We loved hanging out in the private pool watching the monkeys in the trees. We would totally go back! Maybe someday when we have kids! Kids would have a lot of fun I'm sure!"
