  • Beautiful house!

"We loved Casa Sophia. I was there with my husband, our 10 month old and my in laws. The layout of the house is great (especially if you have young children or are with older adults). It's absolutely beautiful in person (and spotless). The pool and pool deck were very nice. We had daily visits from the monkeys, and there was a sloth outside of the living room on one of the trees as well. Aside from this being a wonderful place to stay, Vanessa from Manuel Antonio Properties was fantastic to work with from before we arrived to during our stay. She was available for any questions, she helped with airport transportation, beach and restaurant recommendations, etc. I highly recommend Casa Sophia and Manuel Antonio Properties. We will definitely be back!"

  • Amazing house!

"You can't go wrong staying at Beachhouse Incognito! From the moment we got there, Greg was an unbelievable host, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Greg was so helpful... answering any questions we had and making the best recommendations in terms of activities and food. He even stopped by several times to drop off fruits and snacks for us! The house itself was absolutely fantastic, we took full advantage of the pool, hammocks, outdoor grill, etc. The house could not have been located at a better place too... close to town, restaurants, and a bunch of activities (ATVs, waterfalls, ziplining, white water rafting). If you're looking to stay at BHI... let Greg set up transportation to and from San Jose, it made our lives a lot easier. Johnny (the driver) was amazing as well, stopping by grocery stores and restaurants for us. Thanks Greg and Johnny!"

  • Honeymoon in paradise!

"Staying in this treehouse was a dream come true. My husband and I have always wanted a treehouse, so to stay in one in the middle of the jungle on our honeymoon was amazing. It is so cozy and comfortable. It gives you a home away from home feel, but in the trees! The family was so nice and welcoming. You are surronded by beautiful jungle and you are just a walk from the beach. We loved hanging out in the private pool watching the monkeys in the trees. We would totally go back! Maybe someday when we have kids! Kids would have a lot of fun I'm sure!"

  • Relaxing, beautiful and lots of wildlife

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property near Manuel Antonio. It's located about halfway between the small town of Quepos and Manuel Antonio national park. The unit is not fancy, but comfortable and nicely decorated with lots of wood providing a warm feel. The upstairs bedroom is very large, but the downstairs is small with just room for a full-size bed. It was fine for my wife and I and our two daughters. It has two patios (a large one downstairs with a BBQ and a smaller one off the upstairs bedroom). Katherine was a very nice hostess. She lives nearby and is available to help with anything you need. The complex is lush and spread out. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is very nice and there are fruit trees (mango, papaya, coconut, starfruit, plantain) throughout. The best thing was the abundant wildlife. We saw squirrel monkeys (and fed them by hand, although I suppose we weren't supposed to), white-faced monkeys, iguanas, and macaws. I was even woken up from an afternoon nap by banging on the window. When I looked to see what the commotion was, there was a pair of toucans on the balcony. We found a great hiking trail through the jungle nearby with giant bamboo and a waterfall. We went to El Avion (a restaurant built around an old airplane) twice. It has a great view and we dined with sloths just off the restaurant balcony on our second trip. We would definitely recommend this to family and friends."
