  • Beachfront Treasure in Little Known El Zonte

"My family and I spent 8 days here over Christmas and we couldn't have asked for anything more. First off the live in host family (Mario and Marina) the stay relaxing by cooking the most delicious meals we have ever had while on vacation and touring us around for supplies and to attractions. They don't speak much English and we speak even less Spanish, but through hand signals and a translation App communication was simple. Mario and his family are very special people. Now to the property. Tia Tita is everything as advertised and more. It is situated right on the beach where 80 degree water awaits to go tackle the waves. We swan several times everyday we were there. The beach was never crowed and a couple of days we had it pretty much to ourselves. The pool is small, but very refreshing after some suntanning. The temperature was between 93 and 96 everyday with no rainfall. The property is well maintained everyday and the layout is perfect. There is a two tiered gazebo that overlooks the ocean that we often sat on the upper deck for hours. The sunsets and sunrises are the most amazing we have ever witnessed. If you are looking for rest and relaxation mixed in with seeing some of the country this is the place. Not being at a resort and still not having to worry about preparing your meals makes this place special. We always felt safe off the property and everyone had an "Ola" and a smile to offer. Finally, dealing with Gordon was easy and smooth even if he gets the arrival date wrong lol. Sun, fun and relaxation is what Casa Tia Tita is all about. Check it out, you won't be disappointed."

  • Relaxed and Gorgeous for Family Reunion

"My family and I decided to travel to El Salvador on the country's "Holiday" week and many of the Beach Villas were booked. When Claudia contacted me in regards to their Beach Villa I was so happy that I was going to get the opportunity to have my family reunion as I first had hoped by the beach. I am very appreciative of Claudia who took plenty of time with me through the website to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. The owners of the home also took time to arrange two cooks for the duration of my stay and introduced me to the caretakers of the home. The food was great, the cooks took great care of us! The caretakers were always welcoming and ensuring we had everything we needed. Wow... This home had so much charm, I loved the tranquility of the location, beautiful views, nice private beach in our back yard, hammocks.. everywhere... My family was so happy with this privacy we were able to enjoy our family reunion to the max. The two negatives found were to beware of the road when you drive your car to get to the home. It is not well kept and while this is not the homeowners responsibility just be aware it's rough. The other negative was regarding my security deposit not refunded due to a few broken items. I only wish the family would have contacted me to discuss the reason why a portion of the deposit was not refunded."

  • A Relaxing Experience

"Hello, my husband and I spent 3 nights at you place and are very thankful for that opportunity. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The weekend was relaxing and refreshing. You have a beautiful family and we were blessed to get to know you better. The house was perfect, the A/C was awesome, the pool was refreshing and to be able to sit on the patio reading while listening to the ocean waves completed the experience. Thank you."

  • Spectacular view, excellent costumer service

"This is a hidden jewel in El Salvador even locals didn't know this place was there, location is perfect you wont see inside from road, it looks like regular ranch door, so you might pass it, but as soon as you enter you will say wow! Because of the beautiful views, the bungalows are spacious enough for 4 at le ast at the one we stayed my family of 4, there's aircondition that was a plus for us, there's a nice view from each bungalow and we were so close to the beach that we sleep with the beach waves sound every night and it rained 2 of the nights that we stayed ....it was fantastic, so romantic. In the morning we were xcitated to get up and enjoy the delicious breakfast that is included with the rental, there is a young couple that was in charge to run the ranch when we were there with a lot of customer service skills that they are there to pleased you if they don't have something you need they try to find it for you , I'm So pleased with the service I received with this rental from the beginning with the prompt response from the owner Mrs. Vilma to my last day with the ride to airport from Daniel that we were always making changes to our schedules and he was so patience with us, we didn't hear a no no or see bad faces from him or his wife who served and cook our food. I really really recommend this property to any one. I'm so so thankful with them that I decided to write this review."
