  • We loved our time in beautiful, quiet sandy bay!

"Convenient, easy, comfortable! We loved the snorkeling out the front door and the lovely breeze hanging in a hammock in the palapa!"

  • Great location, top notch reef access right from the front door/dock. Wonderful view!

"Great time snorkeling, swimming and watching sunrise/sunsets on the front porch. Dive boats (Blue Islands Divers) picked us up right at the dock for some of the best dive spots we have experienced. Shevy and Vanessa were very accommodating, gave us some great tips and information that were very helpful, including hiring a chef for a day, which we would highly recommend. Snorkeling the channel right in front of the dock was amazing!!! Can't say enough about the location."

  • Casita Cervantes Perfect for two

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Cervantes Casita during March of 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location on Sunnyside Rd is an easy 15-20 minute ride from the airport and the property manager Kerry was there to pick me up and took me to Eldon's grocery store for supplies then helped me carry the groceries into the casita. Kerry explained the layout of the property to me and provided a local phone with his number if I needed anything. During our stay Kerry would keep the pool clean, drop off various fruit from his home garden, and make sure we had 5 gallon jugs of drinking water. He was only a phone call away and very responsive to any requests. I stayed for the first two weeks by myself before my wife showed up for the last two weeks so I would just grab a taxi or the route #4 bus at the end of our driveway any time I wanted to go somewhere. $1 usd would get you to the west end and then I would take a $3 water taxi to west bay. The 3 minute walk from our casita to the beach was a comfortable distance and the trade winds were always blowing pleasantly though the rooms to keep us comfortable even when the outside temps hit 82-84 degrees. The casita was well laid out and worked perfectly for the two of us. The pool was on my wife's "must have" list and I have to agree that it was really nice to step out your door or walk up from the beach and dive in. Before my wife showed up most of my time was spent fishing off the end of the dock or snorkeling at Spooky Channel 80 yards from the end of the dock. This particular area is great for scuba and snorkeling and you will see a number of visitors tying off at the various buoys to see the spectacular underwater sights. The local home owners and temporary renters were all very friendly and eager to pass on their island knowledge to make our visit an enjoyable one. Once my wife arrived we decided to rent a car for the remaining two weeks as our trips to west end and west bay increased in frequency. We did 16 scuba dives with Nuria Corraliza's team at Octopus Dive School in Sandy Bay and we were very pleased with their dive leaders and equipment. We also set up a fishing charter with Greg Baldwin at and I was able to finally hook and land my first 15lb permit (the highlight of my trip). The only two negatives for the trip was the very inadequate Wifi and the sulfur smell in the hot water."

  • Nice Stay

"Our stay at Villa delfin was a great experience. We stayed there for a week, in the Studio unit. There is a few other units on the property including the owners. Carleen and her husband were very friendly and even gave us a lift into town one day. As far as the property goes, it is quite nice and very well maintained and most of all very safe! The Studio apartment is great for a couple. It had all the necessary amenities we needed, and the large refrigerator was great for storing our drinks and food. There is also plenty of parking if you decide to rent a car or scooter which we did as we wanted to explore the island. The Studio sits on the 2nd floor, so you get a nice strong breeze in the evening which was nice. The apartments sits up in the jungle away from the beach. Although you can take a short walk down to the nearest beach area to catch a water taxi, but walking back up the pretty steep hill is not much fun. There are no stores or restaurants nearby, so you have to walk down and catch a water taxi or call one from your unit. Although I think there was a restaurant /resort down by the beach area but we did not try it. So if you prefer to be away from everything and everyone then this complex will be great for you. But if you like the convenience of all the options at West Bay or West end like we did, then you might want to stay closer to the hustle and bustle. We would definitely recommend this rental property to our friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality, Carleen! :D"
