  • A Slice of Paradise!

"Really hard to describe how beautiful this property is! The large open concept of the unit with high cathedral ceiling is gorgeous along with the beautifully decorated unit. But waking up to that view off the balcony of the sea right at your doorstep is breathtaking! The pool was such a huge bonus as well! Loved swimming in it and then lying in the loungers and hearing nothing but the sound of the ocean! Thanks Manny and Melissa for being such gracious and helpful hosts. Had some great suggestions too for where to eat, but the best was telling us about Dixie, who came to the house and cooked us the best lobster dinner ever! And homemade keylime pie to finish it off....Yummy! We miss the sound of those soothing ocean waves and that view already!"

  • Perfect Getaway! Will definitely be back!

"Had a chance to stay in both units. They were really nice with perfect views of sunset every night. I really look forward to staying here again. Owner's response time is within 12 hrs, which is good for him living across the pond. Would definitely recommend a stay here"

  • Amazing Home

"We arrived in Utila with friends and greeted by Blanca and Miranda. After a short tour of the very "rustic" little town they left us at the Coral Ridge House, which is only a few minutes from town. This house was amazing, every amenity you could think of. Top of the line linens, kitchen appliances, furniture. . . and on and on. The views are breathtaking! The reef is right off the front deck. We would swim and snorkel when we weren't diving. The management team they use was fantastic too. They left us with a cell phone in case we had any questions or concerns about anything. We would highly recommend the Coral Ridge House to anyone staying in Utila."

  • L'Alize and Roatan are amazing

"We were four couples staying at L'Alize for two weeks. We cannot say enough great things about Roatan, the house, Dulce and Eddy. First Roatan is beautiful with the rain forests, beaches, snorkeling, weather, and especially the people. It is so lush with so much to admire. L'Alize was very spacious with four bedrooms - two on pool level and two on upper floor. The views from the upper floors were amazing. The main kitchen was very well equipped for all styles of cooking and baking. Dulce was a real gem to have to do light cleaning or cook or bake for you. We were fairly tidy people and we choose to utilize her services baking for us. Over the two weeks she made us beighnets, honduran breakfast, pizza, muffins - many times, lemon squares and our supper on arrival. Everything was delicious. We booked the van and Eddy to drive us - so worth every penny. So nice to not have to think about were to go, how to get there and were to park.Eddy looked after everything. We decided to take a tour of the island and instead of booking a tour group we asked Eddy and Dulce if they would give us a tour of their beautiful island. What a great day !!!! We saw so many amazing things and had great times and laughs with Dulce and Eddy. The two keyhole beaches are great - we didn't find the second one until the end of our trip or we would have spent a lot of time there. Bring blow up floating chairs - great for pool and the keyhole beaches. West Bay beach is a short 5 minute ride away - Eddy will drop you off and pick you up when you call him from the provided cell phones. Eddy and Dulce will also shop for you while you enjoy the sun. They were a real bonus to have. Don't forget to bring the bug spray and use it every morning - the no see ums get their name for a reason - you don't notice them until after they have bitten. But with the bug spray and breezes they were fine. The ones that react reacted before they knew they had been bitten. The glass bottom boat excursion at the round a bout at West end was great - we negotiated a price and were on the boat within minutes. Saw lots of great sea life. What a great experience for all of us but especially the ones that don't snorkel. We ate at the Argentinean Grill at West End which was awesome, we got chairs in front of Bananarama which were free if you ate or drank there or $10 if you didn't. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is amazing and we miss Roatan, Dulce and Eddy already. Can't wait to return."
