  • Amazing Condo and Location!

"My family of 4 absolutely LOVED the condo. If I am lucky enough to go back to Panama one day, we would most definitely want to stay here again. Patty and Rudy, the owners, are awesome! Pluses: - Patty and Rudy are fantastic hosts! They gave us lots of information, and more important, were very helpful and kind. - Gorgeous condo. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. - Air conditioning! - Great location--close to shopping (grocery and souvenir) and felt very safe - Airport transfer can be arranged through Patty and Rudy--again, they are super helpful! - Patty and Rudy provide a cell phone for you for local usage. - Attention to small details, including providing a card with the condo address and location to show a taxi driver if you decide to go out. - Even with two teenagers, it never felt crowded. Very spacious. - You can arrange tours through Rudy--we highly recommend them! - Internet access Tips: - There are a couple flights of steps to go up (no elevator). If you need help bringing your luggage up, Rudy and the concierge are more than happy to help."

  • Girls Getaway over Spring Break

"Went with my best friend over spring break to stay at this awesome place! We've never been to Panama before but it was unforgettable. The weather was hot and the sun was always out. Everything in the apartment was so clean and well-cared for. We both slept with the windows open and were awoken by tropical bird calls and the sunrise over the hills. The apartment had everything we needed, as well as a welcome packet with information on the area, things to do and how to get around. We made coffee and breakfast every morning and cooked dinner most nights and sat on one of the beautiful decks, overlooking the jungle and the ocean, truly spectacular views. We spent the afternoons with a quick 3 minute stroll down to the ocean, tanning and swimming, or at the pool chatting. The beach was so private, only a few other residents or locals were out on a walk or fishing. It was a quick drive to the supermarket, we didn't have a car, just took an affordable cab and stocked up on fresh produce and tequila! We were able to use the Internet and Apple TV to watch and work on whatever our hearts desired. We came back to New York tan and relaxed after a week in paradise, and got the best local tamale known to mankind on our way out. This is a perfect place to stay for a girls getaway or a romantic trip. The place is full of books, so if you're a studious writer looking for secluded travel, this would also be the perfect place."

  • Wonderful place for a family vacation!

"We decided to book a last minute mini-family vacation and the owner was able to accommodate us. She responded promptly and we were able to easily make payment and access the apartment. The apartment was floor to ceiling with windows, giving breath-taking views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset. There was plenty to do as a family, including 2 beautiful pools and private beaches. The apartment contained everything we needed during our stay and various groceries stores were nearby. We would definitely recommend!"

  • Very quiet, affordable and pleasant stay

"Spent 6 nights at the Boquete River Inn, very comfortable and spacious cabins. A couple of beautiful rest stops with benches along the perimeter trail to enjoy morning coffee or just sit and enjoy the views. Close enough for walking to the highway to catch the bus into either Boquete or David, with bus stops right at the entrance in both directions. Close enough to Boquete to walk back if you like to walk (downhill all the way and usually wind at your back). Ken (the owner) is a very pleasant fellow and often offers a ride into town if your travel times coincide with his. Don't miss the hike into the canyon. Stayed in Cabin #4 at the end of the road with a great view of Volcan Baru. Warm, clean pool."
