  • A perfect stay, beautiful house, great location!

"We had a very comfortable stay in this beautiful house in the middle of the hills of Boquete. It was well equipped, plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of big windows and doors for the fresh mountain air to breeze through. There's a lovely big terrace and garden to have meals in or simply sit and watch nature. It's about a 20min walk into town but a very quick drive. The house is on a great resort which has a wonderful spa/pool included in your stay as well as the option to play golf. 2 nights in this place was not enough, I could have stayed all week! tranquil and an escape from reality."

  • Refreshing, Rejuvinating, Relaxing, truly a Mountaintop Experience

"We count ourselves so fortunate to have been able to spend 11 days (Feb 2016) in this paradise setting up in the mountains just a few minutes drive from Boquete (known to be one of the top 5 retirement places in the world ). Comfortable temperatures, an unparalleled view over the valley, comfort without end in the meticulously clean, private guest cottage (wall to wall glass overlooking the amazing views ), each morning savoring the best coffee in Panama right from this private plantation - and to top it all off - Randy, a caring, personable man who really wants you to experience the best this amazing area has to offer. His suggestions as to where to hike, where to find the greatest places to eat, where to see incredible waterfalls in the jungle, and much more, made this vacation an adventure absolutely worth repeating. And we are so ready to do that. Each evening upon our return from another of his "custom designed" suggestions ( from jungle hikes to towering hidden waterfalls, refreshing swims where the stream cut a deep channel in the lava, to joining a fascinating coffee tour given by one of the oldest coffee growing plantations in Panama) he would drop by and find out how our day had gone and what our highlights had been. Folks, this is an opportunity that is so rare - grab it."

  • Very quiet, affordable and pleasant stay

"Spent 6 nights at the Boquete River Inn, very comfortable and spacious cabins. A couple of beautiful rest stops with benches along the perimeter trail to enjoy morning coffee or just sit and enjoy the views. Close enough for walking to the highway to catch the bus into either Boquete or David, with bus stops right at the entrance in both directions. Close enough to Boquete to walk back if you like to walk (downhill all the way and usually wind at your back). Ken (the owner) is a very pleasant fellow and often offers a ride into town if your travel times coincide with his. Don't miss the hike into the canyon. Stayed in Cabin #4 at the end of the road with a great view of Volcan Baru. Warm, clean pool."

  • Bouquete is great!!

"WE loved our trip to Panama , it is very American & English speaking , so easy to get around and go on tours. Roberto & Elizabeths house is just perfect, appointed with every amenity, super clean. The porch area overlooks the golf course and has stunning views. The neighborhood is very safe and secure. Easy access to downtown and all restaurants , shops, craft markets."
