  • Outstanding Villa and Views

"As a Multiple HomeAway Property owner, I was very pleased with the Firefly Villa, it's location, and ownership support. It was very clean, and well appointed. The gardner keeps the grounds well manicured. The comfort factor is great, and the safety scale is great. No issues. The amount of entertainment area on the decks, and inside is very adequate. Outside fireplace for chilly nights, and outside bar for entertaining with Jacuzzi. The views are just great for relaxation and doing nothing. The small creek in the back gives the soothing water noises that adds to the mountain atmosphere. Lots of things to do in the nearby town of Boquete, and the owner is always willing to offer advise and info on the surrounding area. Lots of day tours from this area. We are returning and will schedule this villa again. You won't be disappointed. John Persad. VRBO/HomeAway Owner (Prop# 813702)"

  • Casa de Montana is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Boquete.

"The beautiful bed and breakfast is located on the main street of Boquete, which makes it very easy to find. It is far away enough from the town center to be quiet and cozy, and the views from the rooms are stunning. We located the bed and breakfast on internet and through frequent communication with the owners we felt that we had arrived at a friend's home. The hotel and grounds are modern and classy. Each room has a large bathroom, in room mini fridge, micro wave, and even a French press coffee maker! The balcony was perfect for taking in the beauty of Boquete. The bed was comfortable and memory foam pillows were a real treat. While these amenities are amazing, the best part of Casa de Montana is the friendly atmosphere. A delicious breakfast is served each day and it's a perfect time to meet and catch up with other folks staying there. The afternoon social hour is also a very special touch. I really couldn't say enough about our stay. We went to Boquete for the Blues and Jazz Fest, but through conversations with the owners and others we realized that we would need to go back and take advantage of the other offerings such as tours, trips to an island, and many more things that Terri and Mazar are so helpful with. Thank you for everything, including the loan of rain gear! We can't wait to go back!"

  • Truly charming house and fantastic location with attentive owner and caretakers

"While in Panama City, Panama visiting family in August, we decided to make a quick trip to Boquete, a small wonderful town in Chiriqui Province where I used to vacation with my family during summer breaks growing up in Panama. Brett's listing immediately caught our attention! The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the center of town, with easy access to restaurants, pharmacy, groceries and multiple activities. Our stay could not have been more perfect! The caretakers, Don and Andrea, were easily accessible via phone, email and WhatsApp. When we arrived at the house it was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a welcoming basket with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. We traveled with two teenagers; this house was the perfect size for a group/family of 4-5 people, never feeling crowded and providing sufficient space for all, with comfortable bedrooms, views of the mountains, a nice patio and a beautiful yard. A note to light sleepers: Boquete has always been an agricultural town with people connected to the coffee plantations, families escaping the heat from David on weekends, and regular folks going about their normal routine. It is a REAL village where you may hear roosters early in the morning, dogs barking at night, and children chatting on their way to or from school. The host thoughtfully added a noise canceling machine to the master bedroom, but for us closing the windows worked just fine one particular night, and it did not detract from the wonderful experiences we had during our stay. I strongly recommend Brett's house in Boquete and would not hesitate to book a stay in the future."
