What a perfect place to stay! Dom and Pierre were the

This location was exactly as described. I mostly was on my own but my daughter did visit for a few days. We used the pull out bed and had no issues.Bed was comfortable.Flat was very clean. Kitchen had lots to offer for the size (context, I’m American and we have big kitchens.) Check-in was easy. Wi-fi was excellent. I worked from the flat remotely for a few weeks. The building felt safe and it was quiet.The location was fantastic. Walking distance everything you need and want! Honestly, I hope to return someday!

The apartment was as shown on the pictures. Very comfortable felt like home. Very central. Bus and Metro 2 mins walk away. Supermarket at the end of the road. View to Eiffel tower at the river 5 minutes walk away. It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to everyone. Would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful small deck to sit and have morning coffee. Partial view of Notre Dame! Bed was very comfortable and apartment was quiet :) Lovely stay and I can’t wait to return!

My 17 year-old twin daughters and I stayed here for a week to celebrate all of our birthdays. The Cottage was absolutely perfect. We felt as though we were living like true Parisians…walking to the bakery and market each day. The neighborhood was wonderful! Just far enough away from the “tourist” areas to provide a wonderful respite after busy days of sightseeing but close enough to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The listing was exactly as described. Chris’ detailed notes and recommendations made our stay a breeze and we were able to relax and settle in immediately! Each time we walked into our courtyard we felt like we were entering a magical movie set! I can’t stress enough how amazing this listing is! Every little detail you didn’t know you needed was taken care of. I can’t wait to return!! Thank you 😊

Our host, Sophie, was so lovely and kind to us. She has taken great care to create an elegant, comfortable apartment for her guests. It has so many personal, thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. And throughout our stay, Sophie kindly answered any questions we had and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. She has put together a binder full of information including how to use appliances in the apartment, her favorite shops and walks in the area, and so much more. There is also a helpful collection of Paris guide books. But we have to say, the highlight of this stay for us was meeting Sophie herself. We were lucky enough to spend some time with her to learn more about her life with her dear and very charming Francois, their family and their travels. She is very special and we hope our paths cross again. This experience deserves more than 5 stars.

Great location, nice apartment. New bathrooms, nice large bed, lots of light, and a very attentive owner/manager. The only drawback (normal for a Paris appt) is the 4 floors to walk up to the appt. But we are mid 70s and had no issues. The landlady does have access to an elevator for heavy luggage. The Cafe Bonaparte, Deux Margot and Cafe de Flore is across the street, as is a metro stop and a bus stop. You can walk to the Louvre and just about anywhere else. A nice 7 day stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment. First of all, our plane got in at 7am and because check in is 3pm we thought we were going to have to sit in a cafe after a 13 hour travel day. We arranged to drop off our luggage at the apartment with the host and much to our surprise, Arnaud who met us at the apartment told us that the apartment was ready to occupy! Terrific news for these weary travelers. Not knowing much about Paris we quickly learned that we were essentially staying in the Beverly Hills of Paris. Tons of high end shops. It was easy to get around with two metro stops very close. You can walk to the Louvre. The really amazing thing about this place is that the host seems to have thought of everything. Small details that made a huge difference to us, like a usb charger on the nightstand in the bedroom, and one in the kitchen, along with an international adapter. We love our TV and internet as well and it was all perfect. There is a great sounding Bluetooth speaker too because we usually have music running all the time in the background. The appliances are all modern and beautiful, although we only used the coffee machine and microwave. The bed was firm which we love and there were extra pillows and blankets. It was REALLY cold when we stayed there - between 32 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit and the heating in the apartment kept it cozy and toasty warm for us. It will be our first choice going forward whenever we visit Paris!
