We spent a very enjoyable month at the condo. David, the host, responded to questions quickly. The pool and balcony are fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Location couldn’t be better. We loved the view from the balcony.

We had a great stay - the Condo is furnished well. The beds were very comfortable and all furnishings and appliances were in great shape! There is a bit of a musty smell - which I'm sure is due to the A.C. not running while empty. And we were QUITE taken aback with the additional charge in order to run the A.C. that they list as "included" ! Was not happy with that hidden cost although with a little bit of conscious control of usage - we kept our charge down to a minimum cost under $30. So was not worth the argument in the long run - but be aware. Other than that - We were VERY Happy with the condition of the place and the communication with the Property Manager was good and easy. Would not hesitate to recommend !

We really enjoyed our stay. Sandro had our place set and ready upon arrival. We had no issues with anything. The patio overlooking 28th never disappoints. This is our third time in this condo but first with Sandro. I would reccomend it, in a minute and hope to return. Although it is loud at night, it isn't a deal breaker. If I could suggest anything, it would be a grill. We bought a small one and left it for the help or whoever. There was nothing that should of been supplied that wasn't or that we couldn't get ourselves. We spent a month and have zero complaints. We return a few times a year and this place will be high on my list for repeat stays. Thank you, to everyone who made our stay enjoyable and headache free.

We had a comfortable stay in the Frida apt. The place was clean, the bed was a bit firm but still comfortable. Conveniently located to everything, noisy in the evenings from the nearby music, but with the A/C on and ear plugs, it was not a problem sleeping soundly. If breakfast is included, it's provided around the corner at the lively La Vagabunda. It was was delicious and satisfying. Also, the property manager Marco & his wife, will welcome you and was there to assist us at any hour. All in all, it was an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to another visit!

Given the state and craziness of our life, escaping to a place of peace is essential. And I was not let down by my experience here. The kitchen has much more then what you see on the photos. (A pleasant surprise). It has a large stove/oven and full size refrigerator. Also Washer and Dryer are inside your unit and are not coin operated. My husband and I enjoyed free wifi to stay in touch with outside word and my kids enjoyed their Netflix.The location is amazingly close to all the activity of of Playa del Carmen. It's the best of both worlds. The beach was wonderful and only 5 min walk. Owner was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. We took the owners advice on restaurants in town, and had some very nice meals. They also provided information on great places to buy food, and we were able to some very nice meals ourselves as well. It has been a great experience all around.
