Great condo located in gated community, beautiful grounds and heated pools. Walking distance to great restaurants and near to hiking destinations.Will definitely rent again.

We absolutely loved staying in this property! It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, and the air conditioning worked great. Grady was super attentive to my questions, and stayed with me until all of my questions were answered…he even gave me a much needed tutorial on the tv remotes. We can’t wait to head back and stay at the Deauville again!

This place is just right for us. Not fancy, but very well appointed and clean. The location is superb! The bed was super comfy! I do wish there was a grill. We would definitely stay again.

Nicely updated condo on a lovely, friendly property just a couple blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Condo has been recently remodeled to a very clean, modern look, but might benefit from some cozy additions to make the space a bit more comfortable.

My fiancé and I stayed at this condo for 3 months. I highly recommend staying at this property! The condo was very clean and even had cleaners come half way through our stay. The community is gated and I felt super safe. I worked from home for the three month stay and the WiFi never had any issues. Cara was very responsive with any questions we may have had and the neighbors were amazing! The condo has in unit laundry which was a must for us for the extended stay. I would definitely come back!
