Del Mar Heights condo rentals

We were here for a week. The studio was immaculately clean. All appliances were top of the line. The unit was like brand new... attractively painted with nice furnishings. It was convenient to have a dresser for clothing and a large closet as well. One of our favorite features was a small writing desk that was beneath a window. The view was out to the Penasquitos Lagoon and the north side of Torrey Pines State Park. Lovely. There was also a sweet little outside balcony area terrific for morning coffee or wine and sunsets. Owners were courteous, friendly and responsive to a few requests we had. Only con was traffic noise from a very busy road nearby. We found that good quality ear plugs worked well for sleeping. Bring if you are noise sensitive like we are. Carol and Paul were great hosts. We would recommend.

Wonderful studio in Del Mar. Beautiful garden, good kitchen amenities and Adam was a wonderful host. Close to beach and cute coffee shops and good food.

The Del Mar Beach Getaway is the perfect place for a family to have all the comforts of home, plus more! Our teen could have her own suite, while our son enjoyed the bunkbeds - no sharing of bathrooms needed. We loved the three-level townhome, giving us privacy without worry of bothering neighbors above or below us. Views from the master suite made this an extra special place! There wasn't a single item we could have wanted that wasn't already there, which has not often been the case in our other VRBO experiences. Location gives a central access point to downtown San Diego or North County for dining and activities. Our family appreciated the walk to hiking in Torrey Pines State Reserve and the beach, as well as road cycling on the PCH. Any active family will enjoy stepping out the door to a beautiful run, hike, or cycle. Likewise, the tennis courts on property are in excellent condition. Last but not least, Tracy is the perfect host! He gave us a warm welcome, offered excellent communication, and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with us. In our experience, the initial contact from a host makes a huge difference in setting the tone for a VRBO vacation. We can most certainly echo all the other positive reviews provided. The greatest testament is whether we would stay here again...ABSOLUTELY!
