Exactly as pictured; convenient and lovely neighborhood. The hosts are extraordinarily considerate and thoughtful. Every feature and amenity one might want, a very easy and comfortable stay.

Overall things went well,no issues with the apartment itself. This is a college town so it can get quite noisy at times and if the smell of pot offends you then you might not be happy here

This is a cozy, charming, well maintained VRBO. It accurately met its description. It was comfortable and well equipped. I'd definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Very clean and nice! Host were had very good communication. There was a mix up in the dates but the host were very quick to reach out and help solve the issue, would definitely book again!

Eli made our stay welcomed and comfortable. The studio is charming and fully equipped with the little extras (such as the bath toiletries and kitchen appliances) and full privacy that made my daughter and I feel at home. Upscale and lovely neighborhood. Will come back here for sure.

Great location in the Berkely hills, quiet, nestled in the cypress trees. Clean, well-appointed apartment. Catherine was very attentive and communicated well throughout the stay. If you are looking for a private space where you can work, lounge and sleep this is the place for you! Only suggestion is if you plan on arriving after dark confirm the check-in details ahead of time as it is a bit challenging to navigate if you haven't been there before.

This garden apartment is lovely and perfect for a week visiting friends and family in Oakland! Great host, all the amenities, peaceful and comfortable. We’ll be back!
